About Food Allergies
From stays on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, the method of providing meals to guests with allergies to the 28 specified ingredients will be changed.
Guests with allergies to any of the 28 specified ingredients can request a "low-allergen menu." If you wish to request this, please indicate so in the remarks column.
・We are unable to accommodate requests regarding specific ingredients or cooking methods.
・Applications for the "low-allergen menu" must be made at least two days in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
・We are unable to accommodate allergies to ingredients other than the 28 specified items, changes to ingredients due to medication or pregnancy, or dislikes of certain foods.

Accommodation Tax
According to local tax regulation, effective from October 1, 2018, guests should pay accommodation tax surcharge directly to the property upon check-in (per person per night):
Tax JPY 200 - for room rate of JPY 19,999 and under per night.
Tax JPY 500 - for room rate between JPY 20,000 and JPY 49,999 per night.
Tax JPY 1,000 - for room rate of JPY 50,000 and over per night.
As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows: 

【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】  
For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500   
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000  

【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】  
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400  
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000   
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000 
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000   

For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.  
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in.

This notice is intended for all guests with food allergies, including those who have stayed with us in the past, so please be sure to read it carefully. *For reservations made by November 30, 2024, for stays on or after January 14, 2025, we will be contacting guests regarding the changes in allergy accommodations.
