After spending eight years in Japan, this was our first authentic Japanese experience! We stayed in the secondlargest of 11 rooms, the Shinobu suite, for two nights. Our 200 squaremeter suite included an enclosed garden, a private deck with an onset pool, a separate bedroom, living room, and diningtatami area for our family of four. Despite the gorgeous photos of the presidential suite, I believe the Shinobu suite was the more authentic japanese experience that had the oldworld charm of a Japanese house in luxurious handcarved wood. The Roman outdid itself with mealskaiseki for dinner and a choice of western or Japanese breakfast. Kudos to the chef and her hostess, aiko san. The service was excellent, for the women and children and our shoes were wet in the foyer before entering our beautiful suite, and the lady sato san closed us out with lunch. Sato san deserves unfettered praise for the amazing cake prepared only twice over my wifes secret request for our anniversary dinner, as well as an unexpected floral bouquet that was a real surprise for her. Thank you to the entire benji yumedono ryokanwe We would love to return sometime soon.

We had a wonderful time while staying here. We stayed in a fantastic room with a private entrance. During difficult periods the staff did everything they could to help us enjoy an amazing experience. We highly recommend this wonderful hideaway with views of it fuji. The staff are wonderful and showed us total respect and courtesy during our stay.

This is a traditional upper class villa that is close to Fuji. Our large suite has a spectacular garden view with a private outdoor hot tub. The breakfast is beautifully presented with delicious Japanese food. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's calm and relaxing.

The location is close to the Fuji, a classic and high-end romantic hotel. Our large suite had a lovely garden view and a private outdoor hot spring tub. The breakfast menu had a great selection of delicious Japanese dishes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very quiet and relaxing.

We chose this roman specifically for the luxuries of a private onset bath, and we were pleasantly pleasantly taken by so much more. We chose the prime suite with opener bath yuri, and it was an absolutely wonderful stay! The correspondence with the personnel prior to arrival was prompt and professional. They helped us plan how to get to the roman from papplication it took us several hours by train, but we got there in the end and they provided a shuttle service from kawaguchiko station, but unfortunately we arrived after hours, so we took a taxi. However, we took the shuttle service the day we checked out and it was excellent. We requested ahead of our stay if they could prepare the included breakfast with minimal seafood and they did an excellent job. The kiseki style japanese breakfast was fantastic! Thank you so much to the staff members who were able to accommodate our request. On our second morning, we had the western style breakfast, which was another large dinner that was obviously very carefully and skillfully prepared. The indoor restroom facilities were also lovely, and the gentleman concierge attendant assisted us with our luggage, who was also very kind, though he didn't seem to speak English. When we arrived at night, it was a beautiful and tidy room. Although it was only a small burn mark in the bathroom where someone had put down a cigarette, we
