Staff was very hefpful. When we accidentally triggered the fire extinguisher, they were very kind to clean up the mess in Machiya very quickly. Location is also very convenient, walkable to Kyoto station

We are at this Machiya on our recent holiday to Kyoto. The host Yuki introduced the place to us and we got to make macha together. It was a lovely place to stay and the outdoor bath was really nice especially as it is winter time now. It is located near Kyoto station and Gojo station. We also had the traditional breakfast which was delicious. Overall we were glad we picked this place for our stay at Kyoto and would highly recommend it!!

A fantastic place to stay. Tina did a superb job showing us the room and was super nice and helpful. The ceremony was fantastic! The room was flawless, the baths were incredible and amenities were fantastic. I will be staying here again and I can’t recommend it enough. Thank you Tina!

Tempat ini sangat menakjubkan. Kami menginap selama 3 malam. Itu adalah keputusan terbaik untuk merasakan suasana Jepang yang sebenarnya. Lokasinya cukup dekat dengan tempat utama, staf menyambut kami dengan sangat ramah, memberi tahu kami segalanya dan bahkan menyiapkan matcha bersama. Dan pemandian ini, oh ya, benar-benar relaksasi setelah hari yang sibuk dan berjalan-jalan di sekitar Kyoto yang indah.

I highly recommend this hotel. This hotel has a very high standard, with two floors. There are two bathrooms downstairs, one outside and one indoor. There are also free drinks in the refrigerator.

Proses check-in dan check-out lancar, dan shojin ryori yang disajikan untuk sarapan enak dan indah untuk dilihat. Apakah pembersihan di dalam gedung tidak menyeluruh? Saya sangat khawatir dengan debu, jaring laba-laba di sudut langit-langit, dan debu di lantai. Itu tidak murah dan menurut saya pembersihan adalah hal dasar untuk fasilitas akomodasi, jadi saya ingin mereka membersihkan setiap sudut dan celah secara menyeluruh. Selain itu, saya merasa tidak nyaman karena tidak ada kursi di kamar mandi di pemandian dan karena area tersebut berada di kawasan perumahan, saya berharap ada tirai atau kerai di jendela ruang tamu.
