手のひらくらいの蜘蛛が出ました。クレームではないですが、周りが森なので仕方ないかなと思います。泊まる方は要注意かと。

駐車した途端にお迎えの方が登場。電気自動車で坂上の建物入り口まで乗せてもらいチェックイン。従業員の方はとても丁寧でした。外国生まれと聞きましたが、敬語丁寧かつ全て任せられる安心感ありました。食事は研修会の晩餐イメージの種類ですが、出来立てをタイミングを相談してくださって配膳され美味しくいただきました。値段以上と思いました。部屋は２人なら狭いですが1人旅なら部屋に温泉風呂あり、快適です。難点は、ゆったり散歩には急すぎる斜面に位置する事、空調の音が大きすぎたこと。

Need a car to hotel. Kind of far away from bus stop and is uphill. Very country feel. Good to stay without noisy. Chef is good and food is delicious. Room is not very clean. Need some hooks in toilet and bathing area.

Staff were extremely cordial. Getting to the accommodation via public transport can be a bit of a penance as you can either take a bus or a taxi however i found taking the bus to be the only option as there were limited taxis in the area and waited roughly 10mins to find one. Upon leaving the bus stop you'll find yourself walking up multiple hills to finally reach your destination. I strongly recommend bringing a car. A decent stay overall.

The place could use a little update and cleaning but the food and services make up on what it’s lacking. The room we selected was large and it’s nice to have a large bathtub. The entrance is a little steep and if taking public transportation like us the walk into the property is uphill (dark at night with little lightning in the area)

仙石原の少し高い場所にある、元保養所(10部屋？)を改装したと思われるホテルで、施設はくたびれた感は否めません。バス停から歩くとかなり遠く急な坂を上がるので、車で行くかタクシー利用をオススメします。ホテル至近駐車場は駐車台数も少なく予約しないと遠い所になるみたいです。客室露天風呂は仙石原温泉街を眺めながら入れでとてもリラックス出来ました。大浴場も小さいながらあり、客室露天風呂があるせいか此方もほぼ1人で利用できました。料理はバイキングではありませんが、美味しく頂けました。少し残念なのは客室の見えにくいところですが、ジュースの蓋等あったりなど館内清掃が行き届いていないところは気になりました。

部屋は広くて快適だった。衛生器具など調度品はデザイン凝っていて良かったのですが、壁など被固定側に強度が無くてぐらついているのが残念だった。部屋付の浴室も広くて快適でしたが、清掃は大変だろうと思います。

It started strangely as we arrived to the building and rang the doorbell and called out. Nobody answered, though we could hear voices. Then someone finally came we saw that they were sitting about 3 feet away as we knocked and rang the bell. 先日、連れと二人で宿泊しました。順番にレビューしていきますので、少々長めです。前日に確認の電話がありましたが、日本人ではなく、若干質問の回答があやふやでした。ホテルの住所に辿り着き、エントランスに着くまではほぼ階段です。足の不自由な方は厳しいと思います。受付の際、スタッフの方は日本人ではありませんでした。また、そのスタッフの方は予約した本人ではなく連れにだけ説明をし、連れにガン飛ばしてる感じでこちらとしてはとても不快でした。もしツレが何か言ったら喧嘩が始まりそうな感じでした。部屋は『シティビュー』にしました。正直清潔感はなかったけど、広いベッドでゆったり寝られて良かったし、部屋のお風呂はちょっとカビ臭かったけど開放感があり良かったですね。ご飯はどなたもほぼ高評価の通り、全部がとても美味しかったです！！床に落とし物をした際、床に虫の死骸やゴミなど凄かったけど、人手が足りないのかなぁ…と言う印象です。また、食堂での接客対応は皆さまとても良かったです。ちなみに私たちが確認出来た中で日本人はお一人だけでした。大浴場は比較的良かったですが、男性か女性かどちらかがお湯を使っているとシャワーがほぼ出ない笑シャンプー流し終わるのも１０分はかかった。寒かったです笑だけど、温泉の効能はとても良く、私も連れも肌がとてもすべすべになって、疲れもしっかり取れました！！総合的にお食事と温泉の質は良かったけど、それ以外は…でしたね。どちらにしても、宿泊時はお世話になりました。ありがとうございました。

お部屋に専用風呂があり開けたとたん臭いがしお湯を貯めようとしたがお風呂の栓がなく諦めて大浴場へいきましたがシャワー栓など汚くお風呂の引戸もカビや汚れが目立ちちゃんと閉まりませんでした。お部屋も清掃が行き届いてなくとても不快でした
