The location is on the 8th station of mount fuji. The food and lodging are quite good. There are no outlets around the bed, but there is a communal outlet in the hallway.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, they can give you good tips for hiking. I just wish they would allow me to buy larger portions of food, it is good to stay light but i was also very hungry. They also have the best signs. Very nice hut and very strategically placed for those who want to reach the summit for sunrise.

I had a great time staying here and would definitely stay here again if i were to hike fuji again. It is surprising for tens of thousands of feet in the air. I didnt speak much chinese, but ive found it very easy to check in, eat dinner, and be led to my bunk. The staff was both friendly and accommodating. There is nothing to distract you from getting some muchneeded sleep, especially at this high elevation. Youll need it, there is no distraction. This place is amazing.

Good location and a stopover on the mountain. Excellent service. We entered during heavy rain. As we stood there in their entrance, their staff patted our outerwear dry with towels. They also provided bags to store our damp shoes. The meal service was light but adequate. I had no trouble falling asleep. Warm cabin. Semiprivate rooms are available for sleeping, whereas other huts we saw had only one long row of sleeping bags.
