Sulit untuk memahami cara check-in. Saya mengalami masalah karena nomor telepon saya tidak dijawab sama sekali dan saya tidak bisa masuk ke kamar yang saya pesan. Namun, bangunannya sangat luas, bersih, dan nyaman. Ada juga berbagai peralatan memasak dan makan. Saya pasti ingin menggunakannya lagi ketika saya menginap dengan 3 orang atau lebih.

In November, we stayed for one night, and it lived up to our expectations. The dining area, kitchen, and bedrooms are heated. We booked this flat through airbnb, and i heartily suggest it. Mount fuji is beautifully visible from here.

The living conditions are very clean and the location is very good! The photos of the room are exactly the same as those on the website, so there is no disappointment. Unfortunately the room was too late to take pictures when i remembered that day. It is very close to large supermarkets and tourist attractions, and i would like to stay again when i visit next time.

The townhouse is brand new and immaculate, with parking available. Its a twostory building that comfortably accommodates four people, with two twin beds upstairs and two futons downstairs. It has all the conveniences of a full kitchen and laundry room. It has a toilet upstairs and a full bathroom downstairs. There are many restaurant options with great reviews very close and within walking distance of the property. The house is in a great location, very close to lake kawaguchi and yamanakako (10-20 minutes walk away. The owner was very responsive, and the overall communication was excellent, with great recommendations for restaurants. The walls are paper thin. Its unfortunate that the place is used as a party house, where neighbors next door banging on the walls, drinking, screaming, and vomiting all night and into the early morning hours - especially on weekends. Its now two nights in a row with very little sleep. I do not recommend staying here if you have children or are looking for a quiet evening, especially on weekends. It is very quiet during the midday week.

Pros: Good restaurant options within a walking distance. Walkable from the train station. Nice view from the living room. Cons: There’s no bathroom sink or hand soap in the second floor toilet, so we had to go to the downstair bathroom to wash hands. The tatami bedroom downstairs smelled like damp bamboo sheets. It wasn’t too bad for me, but my husband found it not very pleasant.
