It was just a night's stay due to a long holiday weekend in Japan. The muffin was filled. We encountered the most helpful staff owner ever. They went out of their way to ensure that we had transportation to our next hotel upon check-in. They were so considerate that they even made it possible for us to travel to town after check-out time to explore the sights as usual check-in hotel pickup. Their extra service is such a valued service that made our stay so enjoyable. The set dinner and breakfast were also a feast for the eyes. Despite our language barrier, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with a fantastic first time outdoor experience that is just not to be missed! A big thank you to our gracious host for a memorable first visit to Japan! We love to come back!.

[Dinner] For guests with dinner included, please make sure to check in by 6:00 PM. If you arrive after the check-in time, dinner will be canceled and no refund will be given.
Free shuttle service is available. After arriving at JR Yufuin Station, please call the property directly and they will pick you up (Reception hours: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM on the day).
Only cash payments are accepted at the property. Credit cards are not accepted. Thank you for your understanding.

[Regarding Children] If you bring children on the day without a reservation, you will be charged the same rate as adults at the property.
