Everything about staying here was great! I only speak English and Korean and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating! Especially the manager at the front desk. I got to meet and have simple conversations with the staff. Even the ones that only speak Japanese. They were all friendly and kind regardless of language barriers. The bathrooms, bedrooms, and onsen were very clean and comfortable. The meals were delicious and well timed. I will definitely be back and I am even thinking about coming back for my honeymoon!

정말 친절하신 모든 분들 덕분에 편안하고 행복하게 다녀갑니다. 송영서비스부터 식사와 온천, 잠자리까지 모두 만족했습니다. 특히 여행가운데 곤란할 만한 일이 일어났는데 적극적으로 나서서 해결해주셨습니다. 유후인으로 오는 버스에서 지갑과 핸드폰을 놓고 내려서 버스 센터에 문의 했을 때는 전혀 방법이 없다는 말만 들었는데, 료칸 직원분께서 직접 버스 센터를 방문하셔서 적극적으로 어필해주신 덕분에 무사히 돌려받았습니다. 걱정없이 편안하게 머물 수 있게 료칸 서비스 뿐만 아니라 저희의 필요까지 돌봐주셨습니다. 여행 전체를 행복하게 만들어주셔서 감사합니다^^

깨끗하고 조용한 료칸임. 유후인역에서 좀 멀지만 송영서비스가 있어서 좋음. 가이세키도 맛있고 (양은 좀 적은편) 우리는 개별욕탕이 있는 객실을 사용했는데 개별욕탕 완전만족함!! 한국어 가능하신분들도 계셔서 의사소통도 좋고 친절하심

레이메이 식사 후기가 극과 극이어서 걱정을 많이 했는데 대체 이거 맛없다는 사람들은 뭐 얼마나 대단한 입맛인건지 모르겠어요;; 진짜 조식/석식 이 정도 수준이면 완전 괜찮습니다 ㅠㅠ 진짜 저희 가족들은 다 너무 맛있게 먹었어요!!! 양도 적은 편 아니에요 ;; 간도 진짜 딱 좋았어요 :) 방은 우풍이 살짝 있기는 한데 자기에 좋았고 웬만하면 전용욕실 있는 방으로 예약하시는 게 좋을 것 같아요 ㅠㅠ 제가 예약한 방은 세면대가 베란다쪽으로 빠져있는 구조였어서 겨울이라 너무 추웠어요 ㅠㅠ(온수도 나오지 않아서 좀 당황^^!) 그런데 전체적인 숙소의 청결도나 느낌은 너무 좋았습니다. 욕탕들도 수질이 정말 좋았어요 :) 게다가 숙박 마지막 날 눈이 너무 많이 와서 렌터카 윈터타이어 체인을 끼워야 하는데 직원분들이 너무 잘 도와주셔서 ㅠㅠ 덕분에 구매부터 설치까지 진행 후 공항으로 출발할 수 있었습니다… 온천물을 직접 떠서 차에 뿌려주시기까지 하셨어요 ㅠㅠ 한국인 직원분이 계신다는 점이 진짜 엄청난 메리트이고 정말 덕분에 잘 지내다 갑니다 :) 가성비 갑이에요, 진짜 강추드리는 료칸입니다. 로비에 전자레인지, 정수기 있는 것도 참 편리했어요.

한국인 직원분이 계셔서 많은 편의를 봐주셨어요. 소규모 료칸이 주는 아늑함을 느낄 수 있었습니다. 조식 석식도 모두 만족했고 룸 컨디션도 아주 좋았어요. 덕분에 즐거운 여행이 되었습니다.

I keep considering if I should reserve this hotel after reading some extreme bad comment. But after my one night stay at the western 2nd floor hotel room, I will definitely give a 5 star to this hotel. Clean: Quite clean, just facilities a little bit old, but still good Light: Good Food: Very good and full for half board Staff: very helpful, Help to take luggage after car arrival Onsen: Private onsen need to reserve, quite a good one; It needs to reserve earlier as I arrive late, and only one time slot left, nearly missed it. It would be good if the hotel can improve this, make sure each room can reserve at least one time slot at night Scenery: Extremely good view at the middle of the peak. Very quiet, wake up with mountain view, red leaves and bird singing while sunshine Transport: Need to drive and get there earlier to make sure the hill’s road is clean enough to find out the hotel as need to get through a small village road

Meals, bedding, and amenities will be available at an additional charge for children 0-5 years old. The fee will be collected at the property directly.
