今回子供の受験で滞在しました。住宅街にあり静かな裏道にあり受験生には良かったです。レンタカー利用なら位置的に北谷にも10分程度だし空港までも30分程度で行けます。室内は設備も整っていて綺麗でした。出入口でて目の前がお墓だったので夜に買い物がちょっと怖かったです。室内全て大理石のような床だったのですごく冷たく滑りやすかったので滑らない靴下持参が良いと思います。夏場は快適だと思います。また機会がありましたら宜しくお願い致します。

息子の受験でお世話になりました。とにかく清潔でお部屋が綺麗。静かなので勉強に集中することも出来ました。欲を言えば宜野湾市の燃えるゴミの袋と浴槽を洗うためのスポンジが有れば良いと思いましたが全体的にはとても快適に過ごすことが出来たので星5つです。また是非利用したいです。

とっても広い部屋でとても驚きました。子供達も広い部屋に大喜びでした。洗濯機・冷蔵庫完備なので長期滞在にはもってこいです。駐車場がすぐ入り口のところでエレベーターもあったので助かりました。

1番広い部屋を利用しました。室内もとても綺麗で、マンションタイプは初めての利用だったんですが、チェックイン方法も簡単ですぐお部屋に入れました｡窓からの景色はお墓だったりすぐ民間がありますが､景色の良さを追求する人は海沿いのリゾートホテルを利用すればいいし、私は気になりませんでした｡ただ調理器具､コップ､お皿類はあまり充実してないので､お部屋で料理をしたり､家族連れでお子さんがガラスのコップはまだ使えない場合は､持参するのをオススメします｡周辺には飲食店もたくさんあるので､料理しなくても外で食べればいいかと(^^) 私は夕飯は外食し､部屋で晩酌用に焼きそばを作りました｡それらを踏まえても､立地､価格､内装などとてもコスパが良く､また絶対に利用しようと思います(^^)

一般のマンションを転用したタイプで、新しい建物でもあり、普通の家のような感覚で過ごせた。清潔感などもあり、コストパフォーマンス良し。事前にメールで鍵の暗唱をもらい、誰にも会わず使えるタイプで、事前に電話もいただき、これも特段問題ありませんでした。敢えて言うなら、駐車場が狭いのと、お風呂周りに衣服を置くカゴなどあれば、なお良かった。

住宅地にあるマンションホテルです。調理器器具、洗濯乾燥機等があり、日常生活が不自由無くすごせます。難を言うとWiFiが全く繋がりませんでした。歩いて行けるところにスーパーがあります。これまで宿泊した、マンションホテルでは1番になるホテルでした。
