HOUSE RULES (ENGLISH FOLLOWS)
SUNSET VILLA SHIRAHAMA 　
利用規約

基本ルール
★　室内および駐車場、デッキ、BBQなどの共用スペースは、登録されたゲストのみご利用いただけます。
★　パーティー禁止： 施設内でのパーティーやイベントは禁止です。
★　静粛時間： 午後21時30分～午前8時までは音量を抑えてお過ごしください。
★　屋外での音量制限： 近隣へのご配慮のため、日中でも音楽の再生、大声での会話はご遠慮ください。
★　BBQ・屋外利用時間： BBQを含む屋外でのご利用は午後21時30分までとし、それ以降は室内に移動してお楽しみください。
★　花火禁止： 施設内および施設前の道路での花火はご遠慮ください。
★　全館禁煙： 室内は禁煙です。喫煙はBBQデッキのみで可能です。
★　チェックアウト： 午前10時までにお願いします。遅延チェックアウトには追加料金が発生する場合があります。
★　当施設の駐車場のみご利用ください。駐車場の壁にサインがあります。
★　ゴミ用のボックスは、すべて施設内に設置されたもののみをご利用ください。
分別してお捨てください。缶・瓶・ペットボトル用のゴミ箱は、屋外ダイニングテーブルの近くにあります。燃えるゴミ用の大きなステンレス製ゴミ箱は、ガゼボの隣にあります。
ゴミを施設外へ持ち出したり、駐車場付近に置いたりすることはご遠慮ください。
注意：階段下の道路沿いのゴミ箱は他施設のものですので、絶対に使用しないでください

★　チェックアウト（午前10:00）の時間を厳守してください。
★　チェックイン：午後15:00以降

ゲストアクセス
★　室内倉庫（施錠）と外の物置（施錠）以外はすべてのスペースをご利用いただけます。⚠️ 但し、宿泊者の人数が少ない場合、1～2部屋は施錠され、使用できないことがあります。
★　宿泊者の安全のため、家の外壁には防犯カメラが2台設置されています

ご宿泊人数について
★　当施設の定員は原則として16名様までです。16名以上の場合は要相談です。
★　ご予約時に申請いただいた方以外のご利用・ご宿泊はお断りいたします。
乳幼児のお子様も含め、必ず事前に人数お知らせください。
★　ご予約時に申請されていない方を招待し、宿泊施設（家、デッキ、駐車場など）へのアクセスを許可した場合、ホストが追加料金を請求させていただく場合があります。

ご宿泊人数追加チャージについて
★　6名様までは基本宿泊料金でご宿泊いただけます。
★　7名様以上の場合、お一人様1泊につき9,000円の追加チャージが発生します（対象：2歳以上～料金一律）。
※追加チャージはシーズンによって変動します。

チェックイン前
事前に以下の情報をメールまたはメッセージでお知らせください。
★　代表者のお名前と携帯電話番号
★　ご同行者全員のお名前
★　ご同行者全員の年齢
★　ご同行者全員のご住所
★　ご同行者全員のご職業
★　パスポートのコピー（海外在住の方のみ）
★　ペット同伴の場合、事前に頭数をご連絡ください。
⚠️チェックイン前に、乳幼児を含むすべてのご宿泊者様の情報を必ずご提供ください。
情報のご提供がない場合、ホストがチェックイン用のキーボックス番号をお伝えするのを遅らせる場合があります。

チェックインの流れ
★　当施設はセルフチェックインです。ご宿泊当日の14:00～15:00頃に、キーBOXの暗証番号をメッセージでお送りします。黒いキーボックスは玄関ドアの右側にあり白い柱に設置しております。

チェックアウトの流れ
★　チェックアウト時に、カギをキーBOXにお戻しください。
★　鍵を紛失した場合は、交換費用として2万円を請求いたします。

ご注意点
★　登録者以外の施設利用（家、デッキ、駐車場など）は禁止です。
★　チェックアウト（午前10:00）の時間を厳守してください。
★　室内は全館禁煙です。喫煙は屋外でのみ可能です。
★　宿泊中に施設や設備を破損した場合は必ずお知らせください。チェックアウト後に損傷が発見された場合、修理費用を請求させていただきます。
★　玄関やテラスの入り口では必ず靴を脱ぎ、外出時は靴を履いてください。
★　入室前に砂を洗い流してください。アウトドアシャワーや散水ホースをご用意していますのでご利用ください。
★　静音時間: 午後21時30分～午前8時 (近隣の方へのご配慮のため、21時30分以降は室内でお過ごしいただけますと助かります)
★　清掃には除菌作業を含め4～5時間を要します。著しく汚れている場合、追加清掃料金を請求させていただく場合があります。
★　施設内で発生した事故について、当方は一切責任を負いません。特にお子様の安全には十分ご注意ください。
★　ご宿泊前にハウスルールの詳細とチェックイン手順を必ずお読みください。
★　当施設はセルフチェックイン/セルフチェックアウトで、滞在に必要な物品は揃っています。持参いただく必要があるのは、ビーチタオル、食べ物、飲み物、炭のみです。
★　滞在中に家具などを動かした場合は元の位置にお戻しください。

BBQ施設のご利用について
★　BBQ施設は午後21時30分までご利用いただけます
★　当施設では炭のBBQグリルを無料で準備しております。
★　雨天時でもガゼボでBBQをお楽しみいただけます。

【注意1】
BBQが終わりましたら、お客様の安全のために必ずグリルの蓋と通気口を閉めてください。
【注意2】
グリルは使用中に熱くなりますので、特にお子様がやけどをしないようご注意ください。
【注意3】
炭や着火剤はご用意しておりませんので、お客様ご自身でご準備をお願いいたします。

★　お箸、ハサミ、ナイフ
★　ティッシュペーパー
★　BBQ用プレートや食器（キッチン内のものをご利用ください）
※火の始末は責任を持ってお願いいたします。
※BBQ後は必ずグリルの蓋と通気口を閉めてください。また、食べ残しなどのゴミは昆虫やカラスを引き寄せますので、片付けをしてから室内にお入りください。

ゴミについて
ゴミの分別にご協力をお願いいたします。
★　カン、ビン、ペットボトル、燃えるゴミを分けて、野外ダイニングテーブルの隣にある専用箱やゴミ袋に入れてください。
★　燃えるゴミは専用袋に入れ、ガゼボの隣にある大型ステンレス製のゴミ箱に捨ててください。
★　残った炭はお持ち帰りいただくか、BBQスペースに置いてください。
注意：ごみを施設外に持ち出したり、駐車場付近で残したりしないでください。

ペットルール
★　1滞在につきペット3匹まで。
★　【ペット料金】犬 1匹/4,000円/泊、猫 1匹/5,000円/泊。
★　ペットは散歩などで外出した後、家に入れる前に足の汚れを拭いてください。入口に専用タオルをご用意しています。
★　ペットをベッドやソファに乗せないでください。
★　ペットが室内で排泄しないよう注意してください。万一発生した場合は速やかに清掃してください。
★　チェックアウト時にペットの排泄物を家や庭、芝生、駐車場に放置しないでください。必ず袋に密閉してゴミ箱に捨ててください。
★　ソファカバーは元の位置に戻してください。
★　ペットの毛が落ちた場合は掃除機で清掃してください。

★★★　清掃には除菌作業を含め、4～5時間程度の時間を要します。著しく汚れている場合、追加の清掃時間が必要となることがあり、その際には別途清掃料金が発生することがあります。

TERMS & CONDITIONS & HOUSE RULES

GENERAL RULES:
★　 Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
★ 　Please be considerate of our neighbors and refrain from shouting, playing music, or engaging in any excessively loud activity at any time of day.
★　 Please keep noise levels low between 9:30 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. during quiet hours.
★　 Only registered guests may use the property, including all indoor areas, the parking lot, and deck.
★　 Outdoor activities, including BBQs, are allowed until 9:30 p.m., after which please continue to enjoy your time indoors.
★　 Fireworks are not allowed anywhere on the property or on the road in front of it.
★ 　Smoking is not permitted indoors and is allowed only on the BBQ deck.
★ 　Guests must check out by 10:00 a.m.; late check-outs may incur additional fees.
★　 Any garbage can only be placed in the designated boxes within the facility, please DO NOT take and leave it downstairs at the parking, etc.
Note: The garbage bin along the road at the bottom of the stairs belongs to another property. Do not use it under any circumstances!!!

Guest Access:
★　Check-in: 3:00 PM
★　Check-out: 10:00 AM
★　Guests are welcome to use all areas of the property, except the locked indoor stock storage and the outdoor storage area.
⚠️⚠️⚠️If the number of guests is small, one or two bedrooms may be locked and unavailable for access.

Number of Guests:
★　The maximum number of guests is 16. Please ask host if you have more guests.
★　Only registered guests may use the property (house, decks, parking, etc.).
★　Please make sure to provide the details of all guests, including infants, before check-in.　If the information is not provided, the host may delay sharing the check-in key code.
★　Additional fees may apply if unregistered individuals are invited or given access to the accommodation.
Note: For your safety, 2 security cameras (video/audio recording) are installed outside, near the facility entrance and the deck.

Additional Charges:
★　Up to 6 guests can stay at the same rate.
★　For groups of 7 or more, an additional charge of ¥10,000 per person per night will apply. (Children aged 2 years or older will be charged at the adult rate, while infants under 2 years old stay for free if co-sleeping).
★　Additional charges may vary depending on the season and are automatically calculated at the time of booking.

Before Check-in:
Guest needs to provide the following information to the host before arrival:
★　Representative's name and phone number for emergency contact
★　Full names, age, and addresses of ALL accompanying guests
★　Professions of ALL accompanying guests
★　Passport copy (front page) for international guests who do not reside in Japan
★　Let us know if you are traveling with a pet.
If the information is not confirmed in advance, the key box code required for check-in may be sent later than scheduled.

Check-in Process:
★　Self-check-in is available. You will receive the PIN code for the key box via message between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM on the day of your stay. The black key box is located on the white pillar on the right from the entrance door.

Check-out Process:
★　Please return the key to the key box at check-out.
★　If you lose the key, a replacement fee of ¥20,000 will apply.
★　Please follow the check-out instructions in the house rules file located in the living room.

Important Notes & Other Rules:
★　Unregistered guests are not permitted to use any facilities (houses, decks, parking, etc.).
★　STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside the property. Guests may smoke outside.
★　Please be considerate and do not delay checkout as house cleaning takes time before the next guest arrives.
★　If any damage occurs during your stay, please notify us immediately. You may be charged for the cost of repair or replacement if damage is found after check-out.
★　Please remove your shoes at the entrance and put them on when going outside.
★　When returning from the beach, wash off sand before entering the house. We have outdoor showers/water hose near the entrance.
★　Quiet hours: 9:30 PM – 8 AM. Please move indoors after 9:30 PM to respect our neighbors.
★　Parties are allowed inside the house only.
★　Cleaning takes approximately 5 hours, including sterilization. If the property is left extremely dirty, additional cleaning fees may apply.
★　We are not responsible for any accidents that may occur on the premises. Please keep a close eye on children and exercise caution indoors, in the baths, terraces, stairs and parking areas.
★　Be sure to read the house rules and check-in procedure before your stay.
★　The house is self-check-in/check-out, and it is equipped with everything you need for your stay. Please bring your own beach towels, charcoal, food, and drinks.

BBQ Facilities:
★　The BBQ facility is private and for registered guests only.
★　BBQ facility can be used till 9:30 pm.
★　A large charcoal BBQ grill is provided. Guests need to bring charcoal, meat, and drinks.
★　The grill gets very hot, so please use caution, especially with children and pets around.
★　Please handle fire responsibly and always close the BBQ grill lid and vents when finished.
★　Remember to switch off the gazebo electricity when leaving.

What We Provide for BBQ Use:
★　BBQ Charcoal Grill
★　BBQ Tong
★　Outdoor table and chairs
★　Chopsticks, scissors, knife, cutting boards, tissue paper
★　Please use kitchen plates and tableware for BBQ

Garbage Disposal:
★　Please do not leave food or garbage outside overnight, as it attracts insects and animals.
★　Separate cans, bottles, PET bottles, and combustible waste, and place them in the designated trash boxes located next to the outside dining tables.
★　Combustible waste should be put in special bags (provided in the kitchen) and placed inside the large stainless steel trash box beside Gazebo. ⚠️Do NOT take any garbage outside of the property and leave it outside, including the parking or nearby.
★　Please take any leftover charcoal home with you or leave it near the BBQ grill.
★All garbage bins for this facility are located inside the premises (indoors, on the deck, and next to the gazebo)

Pet Rules:
★　A maximum of 3 pets are allowed per stay.
★　Pet fee: ¥4,000/night for 1 dog, ¥5,000/night for 1 cat.
★　Please ensure your pet is walked outside the property and the dog run. Clean up any accidents immediately.
★　Do not leave pets' excrement inside or outside (lawn, parking area, deck, terrace, etc.) at any time, especially before check-out.
★　Pets are not allowed on the beds or sofas.
★　Please keep sofa covers on the furniture.
★　If your pet sheds excessively, please vacuum the fur.
★　Pets must not be left unattended, either inside or outside.
