Amazing service all around. We were greeted straight away, shown to our room and the available facilities. The ryoken was very peaceful and clean. Dinner was 10/10 and we had lovely onsens to enjoy.

한국인 직원들 덕분에 무리없이 편하게다녀왔네요 2박이라 식사메뉴가 겹치면 어쩌나 싶었는데 완전달랐습니다. 침대도 너무편하고 침구가 푹신해서 편안한 잠 잤구요 객실내 노천탕은 정말 최고입니다 온천물도 미끌한게 너무좋더라구요 비싼만큼 청결도 식사도 숙소는 아담했지만 만족합니다! 기회가 되면 또가고싶네요!

료칸 진입떄 부터 직원들이 나와서 맞아주셨고 한국어가 가능한 직원들이 체크인 안내와 식사 서빙까지 아주 편안하게 응대해 주셔서 다음에 가족들과 다시 오고 싶어지는 곳이었습니다. 무엇보다도 온천수가 너무 좋았습니다.

룸 컨디션, 온천, 서비스, 식사까지 전부 최고였어요! 부모님께서도 정말 좋아하셨습니다. 다음에 유후인을 방문하면 꼭 세이코우엔에서 2박을 하고 싶다고 말씀하실 정도였어요. 저도 1박만 하고 떠나는게 정말 아쉬웠습니다. 방 안의 개인 온천이 정말 예쁘고 깨끗해서, 오후부터 저녁, 다음날 아침까지도 온 가족이 쭉 알차게 이용했습니다. 언젠가 또 후쿠오카 여행을 간다면 꼭 가고싶은 료칸입니다!

酒店在出發前好幾日已經發訊息詢問要不要接送服務。司機比預定的時間還要早到達火車站。安排非常貼心方便。接待的員工服務殷勤並且清晰講解。懷石料理非常之美味。我們選擇了有私人風呂的套房，隨時隨地也可以浸浴非常舒服。

다른 분들 후기처럼 직원분들이 너무 친절하세요. 한국 관광객이 많은지 한국인 직원분도 여럿 계셔서 불편한 점이 전혀 없었네요. 노천탕에 편백향기도 좋고 샤워기가 실내에 따로 있어서 씻는데 너무 춥지도 않고 좋았습니다. 퇴실할 때 문 앞에서 단체 사진도 찍어주시는 아이디어도 좋았습니다.

We offer a shuttle service between our hotel and Yufuin Station. Please contact us in advance if you would like to use this service.
[Operating hours] 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM / 8:40 AM to 10:00 AM the next morning
*This service may not be available depending on the situation.
*This service may not be available on December 30th to January 2nd, May 3rd to May 5th, and August 10th to August 12th.
・If you have a child aged 0 to 2 years old who is not listed in the reservation information on the day of arrival, you will be required to pay an additional fee.
[Japanese-style room] JPY 4,400 /person
[detached room] JPY 5,500 /person
・If you are staying multiple nights and your room needs cleaning, you will not be able to stay in the accommodation between 10:00 and 15:00. If you are okay with just changing your towels, you can stay. In that case, we will give you towels at check-in.
・We cannot accommodate allergies on the day of arrival. There is an additional charge for accommodating allergies. Please contact the inn in advance.
- If you are booking for two rooms or more (five people) or if you have preschool children, the conditions are different.
[Pick-up and drop-off] Please make sure to make a reservation in advance by the day before your stay.

Reservations are required for private bath/onsen. Reservations can be made by contacting the ryokan prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
