This was a perfect spot if you are looking for a traditional Japanese onsen experience. The staff were courteous and thoughtful, and the service in room was excellent. The private baths, as well as the public bath outside, were clean and well maintained, and the outdoor bath was tastefully designed. Traditional japanese dinner served in the room was very tasty. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a retreat!

Ainutlaatuinen kokemus yöpyä tällaisessa perinteikkäässä paikassa. Sisustus, palvelu, ruoka ja kylpylä olivat perijapanilaista ja todella laadukasta. Palvelu oli pienestä kielimuurista huolimatta loistotasoa, ruoka erikoista mutta hyvää. Pieni kylpylä oli siisti ja kaunis. Sijainti oli hyvä. Suhteellisen lähellä asemaa, shutlle bussilla pääsi suoraan ovelta. 15 min kävelymatka Onsen Tenzan -kylpylään. Tätä ryokania voi mielellään suositella!

The food was amazing and our host Tomo and the staff really made us feel at home. With the help of a translation app, we were able to communicate without a problem. The private bath was great for our family to use. The property was on a hill so it would be a little too much to walk with luggages but otherwise totally walkable to the train station.

Great place to feel the traditional Japanese Onsen and hospitality. There is an onsen for women and you can shower in the locker room since you only have a toilet and sink in your room. The walk and stairs pass a beautiful river, but the steep stairs with luggage is not advised . Take a shuttle or cab if you want an easy walk. It’s 15 minutes uphill. The food is overwhelming, so don’t eat before arriving. Dinner and breakfast was way too much to eat, but everything was enjoyable and a great experience.

Should provide free shuttle bus from the station otherwise walking from station is not very far but the roads are very tilted 15 mins walk with luggage will be hard

Very approachable for a more cultural, traditional experience. Was very easy for an American foreigner like myself to have a truly authentic experience. Staff is incredibly hospitable, helpful, patient, and capable. My first ryokan experience that I have Yusakaso to thank. Quality onsens, extraordinarily clean.

The stay at Yusakaso left nothing to be desired. The staff and meals were excellent. The room was large and quiet. The public baths were nice and clean. The outdoor mixed gender as well as the time in the private bath are perfect to share a bath with a partner.

Fasilitasnya bergaya klasik dan berlokasi di puncak bukit Hakone, tetapi berbagai tindakan telah dilakukan, seperti makan di kamar dan mandi di kamar agar tamu dengan bayi dapat menikmatinya, dan layanan pelanggan juga sangat baik. Setelah membaca postingan sebelumnya, saya tidak berharap banyak dari fasilitasnya, tetapi sampo, kondisioner, dan sabun mandi berkualitas baik dan lotion serta emulsi Muji, jadi saya bisa menggunakannya dengan percaya diri. Terlepas dari rencana Anda, pihak hotel akan menyiapkan tempat sampah tanpa Anda harus mengatakan apa pun dan akan menghangatkan makanan bayi, menjadikannya penginapan ramah bayi. Tadinya saya meminta makanan untuk anak (anak pra sekolah), tetapi terkejut ternyata menunya tidak terasa seperti menu anak-anak, tetapi menunya sama dengan orang dewasa. Saya menginap di kamar dengan pemandian terbuka. Kamarnya bersih dan pemandian terbukanya tidak terlalu panas, jadi Anda dapat meluangkan waktu. Anda dapat menikmati suara burung dan langit malam yang indah di alam. Ada yang mengatakan serangga perhatian, padahal itu wajar, jadi rugi jika tidak dinikmati juga. Pemandian pribadi gratis selama 30 menit sangat luas, jadi menyia-nyiakan dua orang. Sangat mengecewakan mengingat harganya. Makanannya enak, tapi bau makanan di dapur dan kamar sangat menyengat. Karena fasilitasnya bangunan tua, nuansanya bagus, tapi harganya terlalu mahal. Toko serba ada di dekat Ryokan hanya menerima uang tunai, dan toko serba ada 7- Eleven di ujung jalan menerima kartu dan memiliki banyak barang untuk dibeli.
