I decided to stay here because it was closer to the Tuesday night market nearby after a week in Georgetown. It's a big bonus that the downstairs cold storage shop is expat food heaven. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is the plumbing. All your neighbors can hear toilet flushing and shower pipes, which can be a constant if there are many artists on either side. The wifi connection was reliable. Because this isn't a hotel but instead a timeshare management desk, it might be a problem if you arrive early at night or after work.

Opera and her friendly host showed us around these serviced flats. Conveniently located near the gurney, george town, and bath ferringhi's coast. If you stay over 30 nights, they provide a wide variety of suites at incredibly reasonable rates. A very handy supermarket and local convince stores are also located in the building. The apartments are well planned and provide all the facilities one would need. The swimming pool has good views too.

Our stay was very good. Spacious, clean, and in a good location All amenities are available and of good quality. We were upgraded to a sea view which was a great surprise. Thank you very much once more. The desk staff is very helpful and provides helpful information about the area. We took the bus to the jet after the receptionist advised us and found it to be very simple and affordable.

We got a king suite for eight nights from Qantas and got a great price. We were upgraded to a studio apartment with a queen bed. The bathroom had threadbare towels and no towel rails and needed good cleaning. The main area had an extra king bed, a minimal kitchen refrigerator, crockerycutlery for four, and five cooking utensils washerdryer, to no English. Wifi hardly worked and went out. We used mostly our own. The room was noisy, you could hear people running down the corridor and banging around next door. The kitchen sink or bathroom basin did not have hot water. The fifth floor had an outdoor pool. Evidently cleaned once a week. It was doubtful, as there was silt and debris on the floor when we arrived and left. The building had quality restaurants and a grocery store. The building had security but the rooms werent as described on the website. Its not a place to relax and chill after a long day of sightseeing. There are much better options. It usually sounds too good to be true.

Everything about this location was excellent. Opera, the wonderful host, made it simple for us to locate the parking lot and the apartment. She also upgraded us to a larger apartment with bigger beds. Everything was provided in the apartment, including a kitchenette, a washer and dryer, soaps, detergent, a fridge, an oven, and an ocean view. Really roomy. Because we had access to grocery stores, cafes, and even restaurants right outside our door, the entry from a shopping center was straightforward. Quite a short drive from gurney Drive. and a good parking lot.
