Enjoyed the convenience of doorstep parking. Saves a lot of time going in and out! Location is Perfect! 5 Minutes walk to Duty Free Shops, Beach & Mall! However water pressure was low, and no room phone to call the lobby. Could be better.

Great Location!!! walking distance to the Cenang Beach for sunset View, Night Market, Malls, eateries, Shopping!!! Jammed Packed activities.. Only setback was the bfast set, mouldy toast and DND door signage was not in place thus they accessed the room during our absence for cleaning..

Booked family room for 4 person. Room and toilet are clean. Hotel provide free breakfast. Hotel just opposite cenang beach. Many shops and amenities around the area so is good especially travelling with family. It would be nice if hotel can place a water hose somewhere near the room for people to wash their feet before entering the room

It's central location, within walking distance to shops, malls, cafes and restaurants. A few minutes walk to underwater world. The Cenang beach which is suitable for even young children to swim is 3 - 5 minutes walk across the road. The property has a swimming pool but too small. 4 of us stayed for 5 nights and they gave us complimentary bottled water, sachets of nescafe and tea throughout our stay. Towels were also provided. Complimentary breakfast was also given everyday but only for 3 so we had to pay RM10 for the 4th person. We asked if we could combine 2 days breakfast voucher for 1 day of breakfast but not allowed citing breakfast was complimentary. This does not make sense since we were not asking for additional breakfast but simply wanting to combine 2 days breakfast vouchers. Breakfast consisted of 1 slice of bread, butter, jam, scrambled egg and baked beans. My 3 kids do not like baked beans so we told them that and they replaced the baked beans with 1 more slice of bed. Overall stay was excellent. We hope to return by end of this year. We arrived at Langkawi airport about 8am so we went straight to Shell Out hoping we could check in early eventhough the official check in time was 3pm. However there was no room available that early, so we left our luggage at the property and walked to underwater world. Just before noon, the property called saying the room was available for us. It was kind of them to let us check in at noon. The staff at the reception was friendly.

Recommended. Nice place to stay in the cenang area. Large room, friendly staff, selfservice laundry which is very convenient. Rate is pocket friendly! Everything is within walking distance. Food, beach, shopping. Best part is you can park in front of your room. No breakfast is provided but you are easily able to get food here. They also do room make up daily.

Kamarnya luas, cukup dekat dengan Pantai Cenang, hanya menyeberang jalan. Dekat dengan Plaza Cenang, Subway. Hanya saja, setiap kamar harus diberi sapu. Karena dekat dengan pantai, lantai kamar mudah kotor karena pasir pantai.

Good location, friendly staff. The room is spacious. Bed is hard, we can touch the spring of the mattress, making it impossible to sleep well. Air conditioner leaks all night. Refrigerator not working. I informed the staff but no action was taken until we checked out. Hope things get better.

[Now - 31 December 2024] Following the Municipal Council of Langkawi regulations, the room rate per night will be subject to a heritage fee of 1 MYR for 1 and 2-star hotels, 3 MYR for 3 and 4-star hotels, and 5 MYR for 5-star hotels and will be paid upon check-in.

Effective January 1, 2025, the Municipal Council of Langkawi will impose a Heritage Fee of MYR 1-10 per room per night. This tax applies to all 0 to 5-star hotels and must be paid upon check-in. During special events, such as the Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace (LIMA) Exhibition, Le Tour de Langkawi, Ironman Langkawi, and Oceanman Langkawi, the Heritage Fee will increase to MYR 2-20 per room per night.
