I booked this unit for two separate stays: from May 30th to June 1st, and from June 1st to June 2nd. Although they were two bookings, I specifically requested to stay in the same unit for the entire period. On the night of May 30th, I complained that the AC was not working properly. I was told that it would be handled the next day. On May 31st, I left early in the morning and sent a message at 6:32 AM to remind them. They only replied around 9 AM. I continued following up via chat but received no response, so I called. During the first call, I was told the issue would be checked and they would get back to me. After waiting for an hour with no update, I called again and was told the AC was already fixed. That evening, when I returned to the unit, the AC was still not cool. I went directly to their office on the 6th floor and got the same response — it couldn’t be fixed immediately and I’d have to wait until the next day. The next morning (June 1st), I went to their office at 9 AM. They said a technician would arrive in 10 minutes. I waited for an hour, but no one came. On my way out, I stopped by the office again to complain. As usual, they gave a dismissive response and said I could move to another unit that day. I asked for compensation, and they told me to just submit a complaint through the booking app and they would issue a refund. I stayed there for 2 nights with no functioning AC in the room. And the most disappointing part — I was only refunded 10%. Shame on you. If you remember, I stayed in unit C-23-05. Every time, your team responded with indifference.
