1. 🚭 No Smoking
   This is a 100% non-smoking unit (including the balcony).
   A RM500 cleaning fee applies if smoke is detected.
2. 🔑 Lost Access Card / Key
   Replacement fee is RM200 per card or key
3. 🎉 No Parties / Events
   Please keep the unit peaceful.
   Any party or gathering will incur a RM500 penalty.
4. 👥 Guest Limitation
   To ensure a smooth check-in experience and to comply with condo regulations, please make sure the number of guests matches your booking. (Including Kids)

No extra visitors or overnight guests without our approval.
Condo security is very strict — violation may lead to a RM500 fine.

1. 🐶 No Pets
   Sorry, pets are not allowed in the unit.
2. 🍳 Kitchen Use
   To keep the space comfortable for everyone, kindly keep the kitchen clean & tidy during the stay.
3. 🗑️ Throw Rubbish Daily
   Please dispose of trash at the garbage room outside the unit to avoid cockroaches, ants, and other bugs.
4. 🔌 Save Energy
   Kindly switch off air-Cond, water heater, tap water, TV, and all electricals when not in use.
5. ⏰ Check-in: 3pm – 11pm
6. ⏰ Check-out: Before 12pm
   Late check-out is RM50 per hour.
