This place is located directly above a mall with grocers, convenience stores and average fnb options. The location is very strategic. A relatively new service apartment that is wellmaintained and clean. Checkin was easy.

The room is spacious and wellkept. There are two single beds, towels, a hair dryer, an iron, and two more single mattresses. The pillows are really cozy. Nice service staff! Explain how to handle everything. I give it five stars. Rooms, toiletries, living rooms, kitchens.

We only got one queen bed and one sofa bed instead of one single bed, but the owner was responsible and responsive to provide a mattress. Overall service is 4.5 out of 5.

This hotel is good, very good service, good location, and very nice. If i get the chance, ill choose to stay here again. It is also very convenient nearby. I can recommend this hotel.

We booked last minute, just a few hours before checkin time. The management team was very helpful. With photos and videos, it was incredibly easy to check in and out. You must transfer rm 200 for securing deposit, the refund process was also smooth within 3 days after checkout. There are 1 single bed, 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed. Basic and functional amenities. It would be nice if there was carpet because the flooring was quite cold and had an ironing board. Overall, we love this place. I will definitely book again soon.

This place has a very convenient location and the staff is very helpful. It is close to the metro station and taxi drivers are easy to find. Netflix didnt work but there was utensils available.

Clean rooms, 50% parking facilities, quite far from the lift but x pE, the important thing is the hotel is friendly, service is ok next time, come again, very good facilities.

A minimum RM500 penalty applies, plus cleaning, damage, or other applicable charges. - Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and charged at RM30/hour. - Check-out is before 11:00 AM. Late check-out without prior approval is charged at RM50/hour. - This is a self check-in property. Guests must contact the host before 5:00 PM on the check-in date to complete pre-check-in and receive access instructions. Guests who fail to contact the host by 11:59 PM may be unable to check in. The host is not responsible in such cases. - Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. - Same-day cancellations and no-show bookings are non-refundable. - Lost keys or access cards will incur a RM200 replacement fee per item. - Switch off all lights, air conditioning, and electrical appliances when leaving. Keep the Wi-Fi router switched on. - Do not move or rearrange furniture. Any resulting damage will incur a minimum RM200 charge, depending on the extent of damage. - Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or missing items during their stay. Charges exceeding the security deposit remain payable. - Parties, illegal substances, and weapons are strictly prohibited. Violations will incur a RM500 penalty plus other applicable charges. - Permanent stains on bed linen or towels will incur cleaning or replacement charges. - Pets are not allowed.
