Hdb homestay has 1 parking space, the exterior building has undergone minor maintenance, and the lift is new and clean. The house is pleasant, ideal for a brief stay. Windy on the 10th floor. There is only one old air conditioner, which makes noise very annoying.

The entrance is a little further inside, which is confusing at night due to no signage or anything. Rent here for 3 days and 2 nights. The apartment is quite old, but the interior is very comfortable, nice and clean. The internet connection is very stable. The owner is very kind and helpful.
