Kamarnya bagus dan proses check-in nya mudah. Kekurangannya hanya parkiran mobil sampai lantai 9 yang cukup memberatkan.

Kamar luas dengan 3 tempat tidur, cocok untuk keluarga. Berjalan kaki mudah ke Pavilion Mall melalui jalan tertutup dan ber-AC, menawarkan akses mudah ke restoran mewah, berbelanja, dan hiburan. Tempat yang bagus untuk keluarga!

I booked this place on the recommendation of a friend. I didnt know it was a service apartment, but the room was spacious for the three of us sharing a room. The toilet is also spacious. It has a bathtub! The room has a frontload washing machine, oven and microwave (2in 1), electric stove, kettle, and cutlery. They also have mini bars, but it is quite expensive. Be careful, the nescafe in the drawer is under a minibar. This is unlike other places ive stayed where they give 3in1 nescafe and tea bags for free. However, the room is clean, spacious, and looks new. I would recommend those coming to k. L for 4 days to stay here. The hotel is located very close to all the tourist places. Its near pavilion mall, near jalan alor street food, and near many small cafes, all within walking distance of 700 m to 1 km.

This place is perfect for the family. The room is spacious and has 3 beds. Walk to the mall via covered walkway. It is very convenient and easy access to food, shopping and entertainment.

Overall, i had a pleasant stay! With a connecting bridge leading to the pavillion, the location is incredibly strategic. In addition, the security is wellmaintained and has a high level of security. The checkin and checkout procedures are simple. A room with a few amenities.

The location is good, you can go to the pavilion via bridge. The gym and swimming pool have comfortable high ceilings. You can see the twin tower from the pool.

The location is very convenient, just cross the bridge and you will be at the Pavillion. The rooms are clean and my room has a great view of the city. There is a large tub that can accommodate 3-4 people. There is also a cafe downstairs if you need breakfast. Perfect for a city break! Schedule time for checkin on the main checkin floor and enjoy the rest of your stay!.

Our stay at banyan tree signatures by opus hospitality was exceptional. The environment was pleasant and inviting. The suite was also spacious and clean. Checkin and checkout were handled professionally and easily. Great location, easy to enter and exit the city. Pavillon mall is connected by a bridge. I would like to thank afnan for his great attitude and kindness.
