PD Private Pool Water Chalet Villa - Full Seaview

- Our unit is private owner unit which the hotel facilities are not available to use
-A security deposit of RM300 will be collected before check in through offline (bank transfer mode)
-Kindly note that there will be a charge of RM200/set if the guests lost the keys & access card set that provide during the stay.
-No smoking allowed in the house (extra RM200 cleaning fees applicable)
-No drugs
-No durians (extra RM200 cleaning fees applicable)
-No luggage storage service after check out time
-Please turn off all the lights and air-conditioning unit when not in the apartment
-Please keep the house clean (extra RM100 cleaning fees applicable if the place is not handled back as per check in)
-No cleaning service will be provided during the stay as this is a homestay basis unit. Extra cleaning can be arranged with a charge.
-Change date fee of RM200 will be applied for any change date request within 14 days
*no change date allowed if within 7 days*
*differential of room rate will need to be paid*
-Check in time is 3pm (Last Check in 11.45pm)
*any self early check in before 3pm without permission granted from us will have RM200 penalty*
-Strictly Check Out at 11am (Late check out rate applied below)
-Less Than 2 hours (RM 200)
-More than 2 hours (One day rate )
*We hope that guests can understand that since we need to rearrange cleaner transportation and also affects on next booking.*
*Only 2 king beds (4 towels) will be provided regardless number of guests check in*
