1. Please send below item before 3 days check in :
- Kindly provide IC/ passport/ driving lesen in picture for administrative record
- Identity card in picture, for administration record
- RM100- 300 security deposit apply for each room*** will refund within 24 hours after check out
2. Follow our house rules as below:
- Ensure switch off AC when leaving the room
- Save energy
- switch off unnecessary lighting
- Ensure no leftover food drops into the sink's drain hole
- please use rubbish bin
- Keep the room clean & remove rubbish
- No shoes in the house
- Quite time after 10pm
- We will inclusive RM50-100 for utility (water & electricity bills) for 6-28 night stay, more than rm50-100 will bill to guest
