I hope the owner does not sell before rts opens because the price of luxury apartments in jb town will definitely skyrocket. Setia sky 88 is a luxury apartment. Living in a luxury apartment, large, spacious, in a premium location, with topnotch amenities and elegant design, is everything my husband and i could ask for. The owner, an elderly chinese woman who manages her unit so well and clean, and the convenience with excellent transportation, it was worth every penny we paid. We are back to look for the same unit, but its too bad it has been rented out. We are thinking about investing in a unit at setia sky 88 because there has been a noticeable increase in demand for luxury apartments in jb town. The unit we stayed in before is available for sale. But unfortunately foreigners cant buy subsale below a million. So when rts starts, we hope the unit we love so much can reach a million.

This condo near Johor bahru city is in a very trendy strip that looks like bukit bintang in kuala lumpur. There are many entertainment options, food options, and conveniences. The condo has facilities such as karaoke room, gymnasium, games room, games room, billiard room, and swimming pool. Its perfect for a long or short stay. Please note that some units are used as airbnb.

Living in a community is a democratic process. As owners, we are allowed to choose leaders who represent our interests and a good building manager to manage our building. A good building manager can add a lot of value to our investment. A bad one with a bad attitude and service can make us lose money. And bad service is only the beginning of the owners problems and even more worrying is the potential negative impact it could have on our property investment! This impact could cost owners a lot of money in the long run if nothing is done to remove a bad building manager. Setia sky 88 is a wonderful condo now managed by a wonderful building manager from lds who replaced the previous bad attitude with justice from developer SpSetia who comes from fairness in my complaints. But ive been promoted to operation manager. Definitely a better om than the previous one. So will definitely add a lot of value to our investment. As for the new building manager under ivys direction, i hope she lives up to everyones expectations as a good person with a good attitude to serve all sky 88 residents. According to the saying, good boss good superior breeds good subordinates, bad boss bad superior breeds bad subordinates.

Stay inside using Airbnb to enjoy a pleasant view from the top floor. Enjoy the swimming pool and gym facilities. All equipment are in good condition at the moment.

The condominium is very well constructed. The corridor and walking path are spacious, and the materials are good. The highstory gymnasium, game room, and swimming pool are well designed and provide great views.

This place is highly recommended for a family or for a short stay because many units are airbnb. It has a hotel standard vibe. It is close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The service apartment is opulent, comparable to or even better than the majority of condominiums in msia. It is situated in the heart of johor bahru city and is only a 5minute drive from ciq. Surrounded by malls, food, and entertainment. One thing i noticed is that the road outside is rarely not jammed. Perhaps this is because it is not located in a residential area. It has amenities like a gym, private cafes, jacuzzis, karaoke, billiards, and other amenities. When it comes to sky 88, everyone is aware of its exclusive range of amenities.
