1. Prior to checking-in, a refundable Security Deposit of RM500.00 should be deposited into our bank account

2. Please note that PET(s) are NOT ALLOWED in our property

3. LATE CHECK-OUT
Check-out time of 12.00 noon. Late check-out will be subjected to additional charges and shall be deducted from the security deposit at the rate of RM100 per block of 30 minutes.
If guests intend to extend their check-out hours, please contact The Management in advance, to ensure availability.

4. NUMBER OF MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE GUESTS
Maximum number of adult guests are as stipulated in the websites/brochures. Kindly note that any additional guests are subject to additional charges and requires prior approval from the Management.
Kindly contact the Management should you intend to have more than the stipulated number of guests as we have the rights to decline additional head count entry to ensure the resort is in the best conditions for other guests.

5. TENT/CANOPY/CAMP FOR SPECIAL FUNCTION(S)
The garden compound areas are meant to be shared by everyone. Guests are not allowed to erect any external tent/canopy/camps/bonfires without the consent of The Management. Kindly contact The Management if you intent to have any special event(s).

6. RESPECT OTHER GUESTS
Extremely loud noise, music, instruments and firecrackers are not allowed, at all times.

Misbehaving (unruly behaviour) due to extreme drunkenness, drugs and gambling are strictly prohibited.

7. SUSTAINABLE TOURISM
We endeavor to provide long term sustainable tourism. Kindly work with us on: -
a) reduce, reuse n recycle (plastic containers, aluminum cans, paper etc.)
Kindly separate general wastes with recyclable wastes.
b) Greens, fruits, plants, trees, flowers. Please take proper care. If you wish to take the pineapples, mangoes, coconut etc., please contact The Management .
c) DO NOT LITTER, keep our beach and garden clean
d) Do not WASTE. Save electricity and water. Paying guests are not wasteful guests.
e) Beware of wild monkeys, mischievous squirrels, birds etc. DO NOT feed nor harm them.
Always lock all the doors and windows whenever possible. Take extra caution when young kids/toddlers are around.
