Overall, it was fine for me, clean and comfortable. My room was on the ground floor, and the sound insulation was poor. I could hear people pressing the password. There were many kids running around and playing. This accommodation includes a kitchen for cooking, a fridge, and cutlery. There was a water dispenser as well, but there was no hot water, and the people said the water dispenser was not yet serviced. So we can only drink cold water. There are many monkeys in the evening, but they dont attack people. They also have a rooftop where people can sit and chat, and the view was nice.

We had a wonderful 3 days and 2 nights stay at simple sanctuary! The room and bathroom are very spacious and clean. It gives a cozy and comfortable atmosphere and we had a very good rest during our stay. Their service was also top notch. I would definitely recommend it to my friends who are looking for a comfortable stay in penang. Would definitely come back! Thank you!.

Akhir Desember lalu, saya dan keluarga menginap di sini untuk liburan. Hotel baru dengan desain Muji. Tidak ada resepsionis. Hubungi resepsionis untuk check-in online dengan akses PIN di pintu masuk utama dan pintu kamar sebelum kedatangan. Semuanya baik-baik saja, kamar bersih karena hotelnya baru. Dapur dilengkapi dengan microwave, dispenser air, kompor induksi, dan ruang makan yang dapat digunakan tamu. Pengalaman keseluruhan bagus.

I stayed here for one night while visiting a friend. The staff was very nice and had excellent hospitality standards. They were kind enough to give me free early check in and late check out which was very helpful. Overall my stay was perfect, cleanliness was top notch and everything was up to perfection. This quality for the price is crazy good. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!.

Saya mendapat pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan di Simple Sanctuary! Benar-benar terasa seperti di rumah sendiri, bersih, nyaman, dan nyaman. Tuan rumah menyediakan mie instan, makanan ringan, kopi instan, dan teh susu, yang merupakan sentuhan yang menyenangkan. Dapur lengkap memudahkan saya memasak makanan sendiri. Saya juga menyukai set teh Cina yang disiapkan dengan indah. Atapnya sempurna untuk bersantai, dengan angin sepoi-sepoi dan pemandangan yang menakjubkan. Sangat merekomendasikan homestay ini untuk masa menginap yang damai dan menyenangkan!

I had a wonderful stay at this muji designed homestay in penang! The space is cozy yet warm, with a perfect balance of natural elements and contemporary aesthetics. The open atrium, stylish seating areas, and lush greenery create a relaxing atmosphere. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed with a minimalist yet comfortable aesthetic. The two large beds were extremely comfortable. I also loved the thoughtful touches like the wooden furniture and the small tea table. What made the stay even better was the range of amenities provided. They had toiletries, towels, and even free tea, coffee, instant noodles, biscuits, and titbits to enhance the experience. Everything was spotless, and the attention to detail, from the comfortable tatami seating to the wellmaintained common areas, made the experience even better. The location was convenient, and the peaceful environment made it the perfect retreat after exploring the city. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay in penang. I will definitely be back!.

Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman menginapnya menyenangkan. Kamarnya bersih dan ada dapur bersama dan ruang santai yang mudah diakses. Namun, saya meminta kamar yang tenang, tetapi ternyata ditempatkan di kamar lantai dasar dekat pintu masuk. Isolasi suaranya sangat buruk, saya bisa mendengar suara kunci sandi dari pintu masuk dan suara penyedot debu. Saya juga berharap staf kebersihan lebih memperhatikan aturan housekeeping karena mereka terus mengobrol di ruang tamu. Saya tidak bisa tidur siang karena mereka berbicara dengan keras. Juga tidak menyenangkan melihat mereka merokok di teras depan. Jika Anda tidak mudah terbangun dan tidak terlalu mempermasalahkan kebisingan, ini adalah tempat peristirahatan yang menyenangkan.
