Very convenient for reaching ciq and exploring the area. Security is friendly and tight. There are many stores selling wash cars, and while waiting for the car wash, there are many stalls serving food like burgers and noodles. Sks pavilion ground floor has a minimart, laundry, and cafe. And across the street, they also serve indian, malay, and chinese food. Its adequate for every daily need.

After a busy day, this place is a great place to unwind. Situated in the heart of the bustling city of johor bahru. Easy access to any location by grab, walking, or by private transportation. Security is everywhere, so you can be sure of safety. Clean and adequate lodging, including gyms and swimming pools. Can book a room through airbnb.

The checkin process was quite difficult, with the sofa smearing like a needle. However, i was quite impressed by the android tv and water heater. The security personnel were friendly and accommodating.

Airbnb there, my unit is just decent, but many room improvements. However, the condo is good, with a swimming pool with a commanding view of the ciq area, badminton court, and gym. Convenience is added to convenience by the cafe Mrs. Who, minimart, and laundry on the ground floor ship lot. Mrs. Who cafe serves fusion local western food with a big smile. The food is good and attractive, but the price is highend, e. G., rendang burger is rm 33. Still worth trying.

Nice places to visit nearby. Easily accessible too, great if you visit singapore. There is also a police station nearby. However, it is a bad idea to be a resident. Water problems, parking with a bad design, and one access card per unit. Plus, the queen control issue, which seems to be the biggest issue, is that residents are constantly woken up in one way or another. If you want to pick up someone from the lobby, there is always something wrong with the way you park. Going swimming? You cant wear this, you have to wear it the next day. Dry clothes are not allowed outside. Cant go for walks at night in the facility area. The delivery men openly say they hate sending parcels here. The good thing is that the place is empty, so it feels like a lowdensity apartment, and if you are a tenant, you can find cheaper rent compared to singapore. Tldr - Great facilities, easy access, no rules, and plumbing problems.

The place is very clean, comfortable and smells good. Like in the pictures posted. The bathroom leaks and the toilet lacks a bidet or water pipe to be used. Netflix is also not accessible. Very private. There is less ocupancy. The environment looks very good. Security services are also helpful and good. Check in was easy.

Lokasinya bagus, mirip studio Korea dan memiliki lift ke lantai Yah, kelihatannya mahal dari luar, tapi kamarnya sangat sederhana, seperti studio murah di gedung bertingkat tinggi di Ilsan. Kolam renangnya bagus, tapi merokok di dalam dan di luar ruangan, jadi jika Anda seorang perokok, ambil kunci untuk merokok, kunci pintu dua kali, naik lift, geser kartu pintu dan turun ke lantai satu gedung. Jika Anda ingin keluar dan kembali ke kamar, Anda harus menggunakan kunci, masuk ke pintu, naik lift, gunakan kartu Anda, tekan tombol lantai, buka pintu dua kali, lalu masuk. Kamarnya seperti studio Korea, tapi biaya akomodasi berkisar antara 35.000 Won hingga 55.000 Won dan keamanan berada di gedung biru. Saya lelah.
