ショッピングモールに繋がっているので外食、食料品購入など非常に便利です。コンドミニアム1部屋借りるスタイルですが、専用のチェックインカウターがあるので、この手のスタイルでよくあるような事前にオーナーと直接やり取りする必要もなく、ホテルと同じ感覚でチェックイン出来ます。

The room is quite large and has a nice view. Houseware is also provided. We were not informed that we had to pay depo rm 200, lucky my bro can use tng e wallet. I would recommend reducing the dependency to ringgit 100 because it is already sufficient. Hope to have tissue in the kitchen or living room next time.

The residences rooms are exceptionally wellmaintained, spotless, and cozy. Compared to suites where they lack even wifi and require additional equipment, the residence comes equipped with a washing machine and dryer, making it ideal for business trips. The location is extremely convenient, being just behind 163 mall, which houses jaya grocers and dozens of delicious restaurants like kanbe and Cc by Mel. A cinema will be opening soon at 163. This makes the condo more desirable. However, one drawback is that the lrt will only be finished in three years.

I will most certainly stay here again the next time! The room is brand new. The landlord is patient and enthralled. Everyday necessities are fully provided in the room. Its especially handy because there is a shopping center downstairs. Staying for five days was incredibly enjoyable!.

We had a great time during our stay and had an amazing balcony view! The house was spotless and equipped with everything we needed, even the adapter plug. Extremely considerate! Excellent location for lodging and quite handy. Easy to check in and out. I heartily suggest it!.

I had the best experience with mr. Magdi, who served as the concierge and receptionist in the lobby. He was kind, patient, has excellent problem solving and communication skills! He deserves to be promoted! Guest at B 20.01 staying for 7 days from 26.10.2023 to 3.11.2023.

Ooak residence in kiara 163 has one of the most amazing rooftop swimming pool views in mont kiria because it is on level 41, which offers a great view of kl city center including kuta cc and other skyscrapers compared to ooaked suites, where the swimming pools are on the lower floors without vistas and are generally congested.

Its a wonderful experience that feels like home. There is no front desk. To get the key to check in and give your passport to the administrator, you must go to their mailbox. The room is large, roomy, and immaculate.

The location is convenient and close to a shopping mall. There are banks and money exchanges nearby. In addition to convenient shopping, there are many restaurants to choose from.
