- Please take off shoes before enter the apartment.
- Please turn off the lighting and aircond when not in use.
- Strictly no smoking/party. (A compensate of 1 night will request from guest if we found any sign of smoking)
- Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out going to bed. The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest's belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or the locker or any other part of the homestay for any cause whatsoever including theft of pilferage.
- The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the homestay property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
-Guest are NOT ALLOWED to re-rent the properties. (Legal action will be taken if found any)
- 房子里可以脱鞋入屋。
- 出门前请把空调和灯都关掉。
- 房子里严禁抽烟/派对（若发现住客们犯此会请求罚款一晚的住宿费）
- 房客无论在家里还是户外都记得把门锁好。管理层不对任何遗失物品进行负责。
- 对于住宿任何财产的任何损失/损坏，房客将承担责任。
-房客们不允许把当前的房子再租出去。（若发现住客们犯此会向AIRBNB投诉）
