Please refrain from bringing durian, or any strong stench food into the premises
Please keep the premises to minimum cleanliness standards
Any damages on furniture and fittings and lost items will be deducted from the security deposit
Pool are not allow for Guest
Each unit is only entitle one free parking lot during the stay, guests vehicle shall not park outside the designated parking space to void being clamped by the management
LOST of premises ket is subjected to a penalty of MYR 50
LOST of access key card is subjected to a penalty of MYR 200
LOST of band card (carpark censor) is subjected to a penalty of MYR 250
Security deposit RM300 will collect before check in
Refunds will be made on the next working day after your check out date
