Many visitors from a family wedding stayed at Las Villas for a variety of periods. Claudia, Lisa, and the man who refuses to answer my name were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to meet our needs during our three weeks. The rooms and grounds were both lovely. The beach was great for walking and looking, but it was difficult to swim in and out. That's why we only got four stars there. Other than that, we were very happy there.

This place has a wonderful location for relaxing in front of a remote beach that is totally private. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and peaceful place, but with the comforts of internet.

In July 2022, I spent a week at Las Villas. It is a beautiful location! It's ideally located between Playa del Carmen and Tuum for excursions such as diving in the cenotes or ferrying to Cozumel, and it's also a short walk from the animal bay, where you may swim with turtles. The hotel in and of itself is incredibly peaceful and family-friendly. The pool is spotless, and there is direct access to a very small beach. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants to visit. My room was tidy and equipped with everything we required for a stay like kitchen furniture, bathroom towels, etc. I had a great time. Recommendation.

I adore this location. For me, it was the second visit. However, be cautious if you book expedite because I assumed I was booking an ocean view unit and they were going to give me a kind of basement unit. We upgraded and received a fantastic one. The rooms are roomy, tidy, and tastefully furnished. The beach, which is lovely, is just a few steps away. It's a little rough, and because it is rocky to climb in, you must wear water shoes. Animal is accessible on foot in about 20 minutes via the beach for better snorkeling and sander protection. I'm very pleased with the peaceful setting and kitchen. The only drawback was that the restaurant was no longer available for dinner just for lunch and breakfast only. One of the things that brought me back was the food's quality, which I remembered as so good I didn't want to go anywhere else, and I've had dinner at many of the local restaurants in Animal. We didn't find the restaurant close to be particularly good, so if we didn't cook, we had to travel to Animal or a different location. Apart from that, it was wonderful and the staff was outstanding, both helpful and friendly. They also offer an option where you can stay later for $20 an hour, which was ideal for us because we had a late departure and were so hard to think of what

I just got to Las Villa Animal today, and I'm already let down! The website offers numerous lovely villas, all of which have balconies and hammock chairs and have ocean views! And we are spending $175 per night. When we check in, we are in what they call a junior suite a hotel room with a microwave, grill top, and fridge! And it's in the basement! There isn't even a view of the ocean! And the place is empty! For a hotel room, that is fine! But, we never spend that much for a hotel room! We are close to the media, so we only spend about $ 5085 per night for an old colonial, lovely hotel! I am very disappointed, and I believe this is deceptive advertising! I've already complained to application, who I blame! It does have a lovely bathroom, though. And the sand is like tiny gravel! Be very careful if you get what you think you are!.
