What I liked about this property was the responsiveness of the management team. I have stayed at several condos near the Mall of Asia and this has been the best stay over the past 5 years. I highly recommend The Concierge at Sea Residences for travelers staying near the mall for more than 5 days. The property is clean and the management team is GREAT!

I love The Concierge at Sea Residences very clean and all the employees are very respectful, they always greeted you Hello Sir or Hello Mam, good morning Sir / Mam. When we got the problem about our AC, Glenda sent the maintenance right away. She's very accommodating. I'm very thankful and I appreciated that she let us to stayed for few hour more in our room. I'm very happy that we went to this condo for our vacation. I highly recommended not only to my friend but to everyone.

The room was nice and service was good. We were put in a different tower then the one stated on the voucher but it wasn't a big deal. If you are driving the parking is only 140 pesos for 24 hours in the back of the hotel. Do not get parking on the side of it in the lot area since its 700 for overnight. I can recommend anyone looking for a nice room near moa to stay here. Pool is big also!
