房間乾淨整潔，每周都會固定到垃圾跟換床單被單。只是很容易長螞蟻而已，可能是新加坡本來就容易長螞蟻。冰箱有，只是不太冰。有付洗衣粉，我們住11晚，天天洗衣服都夠用新加坡玩很多天的話，真的很需要有獨立洗衣機的住宿環境！因為新加坡太熱了....天天都可以流汗

中心部のホテルはとても高価ですが、サービスアパート的なこの物件は出張や過度のサービスを必要としない旅行者には最適だと感じます。スーパーも徒歩5分圏内にあり、高島屋も10分程度の徒歩で到着します。勿論、ほかの商業施設も近いので旅慣れた方にはここの方が良いかもしれません。

The building is called Devonshire Apartments and that is the sign to look for, not Greatwood. The immediate neighbourhood is great with everything you need within a short walk and you're 5 mins walk to the MRT and 10 from Orchard Rd. Property is clean, comfortable and quiet. The room includes a combined washer/dryer, microwave, induction plate and full cutlery and crockery. Bed comfortable. Smart TV connected to DTV box that we never quite worked out how to use so we watched a lot of Peruvian MasterChef (the hotel doesn't provide instructions). Bedroom and bathroom both large. Free Wifi and 24hr reception.

Saya menginap di sini selama 17 hari. Lokasinya sangat bagus, hanya 7 menit ke Orchard Road dan 15 menit ke Singapore River. Sayangnya, kamarnya lebih tua dan ada rumah yang dibangun di dekatnya, jadi agak bising! Umumnya tidak buruk! Meskipun ada jendela, saya tidak berani membukanya karena takut ada nyamuk beterbangan.

I really like this place because the location is close to orchard road and Somerset Road, as well as 247 fair price supermarkets and the killer road food stores, plus the view is also very good, so we can see many places, such as Fort Canning Park and Clark quay.

The two women working at the front desk were excellent, they were extremely helpful, and our room was cleaned twice a week. Additionally, the location was close to the mrt.

Location is great, a short walk away from Somerset MRT. A 24-hours supermarket & local eateries are also available around the corner. Our room is in the back side of the building, shielded from the noise from the road & nearby construction. It’s decently sized with one queen size bed + one single size bed, some amenities (pantry, washing machine, hair dryer etc) but I find it a bit odd that there’s no sink in the pantry area. Check in & check out was a breeze. The cleanliness though, needs some improvement. It’s dirty under the bed, the floor was kind of dusty, & the cutleries had some stains on it. It’s a serviced apartment & they provide cleaning twice a week. I wish they’d make it three times a week & done more thoroughly. Also their walls are paper thin, you can easily hear people walking & talking outside. We are heavy sleeper so not much of a big deal. Overall, good experience, good value for money, great location, will be back for whenever we need a long stay in Singapore.
