My stay was truly delightful. The studio provided an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even when communicating via email or WhatsApp. The location is truly exceptional. If i were to return to singapore, i would definitely check out the availability here again. Ed and ryan were incredibly helpful.

I would suggest this place. Small but excellent. My stay here was ten out of ten thanks to the assistance provided by ed and ryan. Electronic checkin the main amenities are within walking distance. Basic kitchen equipment. Laundry services are available throughout the day from 8 am to 10 pm.

I really like the heritage collection on claire quay! It was our first experience living and registering of this kind. Its really simple to check in and out. Everything is very friendly, especially edmar, who was always so helpful and a very nice guy! Edmar, thank you. Chat support is also handled by angelica, who also provided all relevant information and kept in touch with us at all times. The location is good, very clean, and has a free washer and dryer, what a wonderful place! See you next time, heritage collection.

From January to May, I spent three nights at the Heritage Collection in Boatquay. I remained in a premium room overlooking the river. It was very cozy. Clean and the king-size bed made sleeping easier. The wonderful staff there made sure all of my needs were met with 5-star service. Particularly Darwin was incredible. very friendly and I applaud his WhatsApp communication to make sure all his visitors were up to date with the continually changing lockdown laws and regulations owing to the current pandemic situation. Darwin was friendly, professional, and a genuinely gentleman, making sure my stay there was a 5-star experience. I heartily endorse this serviced apartment in Singapore. Thank you heritage collection. Every time I visit the magical country of Singapore, I'll always reserve my trip there.

The room is spotless, cozy, and fully furnished, which is a welcome perk. The waiter, hui, was incredibly kind and assisted me in resolving the issue of the internet card not being activated. He took me to the subway station after leaving work and provided me with instructions on how to locate the subway route and the best exit. Thank you very much!.

This is the first time I have posted a review on TravelAdviser. I was moved into a new bigger room without fuss when there was noise in my apartment due to construction work. She was kind and hospitable throughout. The standard of the hotel in general was excellent.

I highly suggest it. In January 2022, while traveling to Singapore for my birthday, I stayed here. Before I arrived, I was in love with the property because my interactions with the crew had been excellent. The airline could pick up at 80 am, and they allowed me to check in early. As a birthday gift, they even put elegant towel swans on my bed. The room was excellent for me. Although small, most Singapore rooms are. I was in a loft room, and I liked the layout. The room was incredibly tidy and immaculate. The location is ideal. Among all the bars and restaurants, on the river and walkway, I never experienced any noise coming from my room. I've been to Singapore numerous times, and this will be my new go-to place to stay in the future.
