A security deposit of SGD 100 and SGD 500 for guest stay more than 7 nights is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Procedure:Once arrived please give the check in personnel a call.Please direct go straight to the Block A, Level 3 ( the lift is located opposite of the restaurant – Shine Grill)Our check in officer will be on stand-by at Level 3 Lobby and direct you to the unit and to complete the rest of the check-in procedure.- Handing over the keycard- Collect security deposit by cashPlease prepare cash to pay the security deposit. We will return the deposit by cash upon check-out.
