The apartment is a little shabby and out of date. Rooms are very basic and not of four-star quality. There is no iron and ironing board in the room. Antique furniture, rust in the bath, mold on the shower tiles. Breakfast is basic but not too bad. Served an omelette in a huge line today. The lady in front of me managed to get one, but the grumpy chef then decided he wouldn't make any more omelettes. To be honest, it was 5 minutes until breakfast ended, but his customer service left a lot to be desired. The pool area is nice, and it is simple to use a sunbed. The pool isn't overcrowded. There is not much available in the vicinity. A bar and restaurant nearby, and a pleasant beach. A supermarket where you can get basics. The cost is more expensive than anticipated. It's far from Ciutadella's town with plenty of restaurants. I believe that the key thing is that the hotel needs to be upgraded as a 2 star and that the price is dropping. When booking a 4 star hotel, I expect much better. My advice would be to look elsewhere. With regrets, I wish Id stayed on the south coast nearer the capital.

Jet and we will be traveling to the Balearic Islands for the third time. First es can, first ibiza, then marine apartments in Call Balance, and Senora. Both excellent. What a substantial quality difference this time at the Blanc Palace. When we arrived at the entrance at around noon, we were told to come back to rp to check in, but we could leave our baggage in a safe room. Okay, we had lunch by the pool. It was fine. After returning to the Rp reception as requested, I was informed that the room could be ready at some point after rp and we should wait in the reception. To be honest, it's unacceptable. Yet we wait and watch a large queue of disgruntled visitors asking the same question. I purged by rp and reconnected for the next 30 minutes. On their first day, my wife and daughter deserved better. I collected the cases and told the lady serving them they were doing their best, but they require far more staff. She almost sank in tears. It's not their fault. Enter the room. If I'm being honest, it was a tepid mess. It had only one main bar and restaurant open, but the second time was literally a rooster, with lots of discarded materials. The kids club is

Although the breakfast was great and we had a half board meal, I believe that this is always the case so we decided to eat out instead. We had to make a quick decision about this hotel as a substitute after first booking a different hotel and then had to change the dates of our vacation due to a problem with my daughter's passport. After reading the evaluations, I wasn't pumped about our vacation. Yet, honestly, it's not particularly bad. I believe it's all about expectations. It certainly does not deserve four stars because it needs a lot of upkeep and improvement in the little details, such as tiles around the pool area, general improvements to the decor of the room etc. The kids and we had a fantastic time together, though. Every member of staff we dealt with was pleasant and accommodating. The kids had a great time at all of the pools, two of which were closed for a few days because the water was green, but there were other pools and it wasn't overcrowded at all. Our childrens disco for kids was good for ages 2 to 5 inexperienced evening entertainment. We enjoyed the breakfast and had a difficult time with the meal, but we opted to eat out. We fueled our transportation by bus and occasionally took cabs. Do not let the bad reviews ruin your holiday season, and also dont have unrealistic expectations.

This attractive apartment complex is situated 50 m from Sa Caleta beach. It is about 2 km to the old town of Ciutadella, while Menorca airport lies some 45 km away. Renovated in the year 2000, this hotel comprises a 3-storey main building and an annexe block with 2 storeys offering a total of 95 apartments. Guests are received in the foyer with a 24-hour reception, currency exchange counter and safes. Dining options include a café, a bar and an air-conditioned restaurant whilst further facilities include a kiosk, a small supermarket, a nightclub, a games room, a TV room and bicycle and car hire services. Younger guests may let off steam in the play area, and laundry and medical services round off the offerings. The apartments all come with an en suite bathroom with bathtub, a kitchen, a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, a king-size bed, and a balcony or terrace.
