The front desk and restaurant have recently been renovated, and the first-floor terrace makes a fantastic first impression. The hotel also appears pleasing from the outside. Nevertheless, the rooms are seriously outdated, with no ventilation and outdated furniture. Even though the windows were open, the bad air and the extremely hot room made me sleepless. The space simply wouldn't move around. Even though the hotel was fully booked, the dinner was really lovelyly presented, and the plates didn't hold much food, despite their ability to replenish empty foods. However, the brunch was adequate. A big credit to the team, who was consistently nice and effective.

We stayed at the Polar Hotel for one week and were happy with it. As with other reviews, the bedrooms could use updating but were comfortable and met our needs. We had a double room with 2 twin beds pushed together. We had a large room with a desk and a table and comfy chair. Our room had both a showerbathtub, but others only a shower. Very friendly and friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner were included in our room rate. All meals were tasty and filling. The lobby and bar were beautifully renovated and seemed festive as they were decorated for the holidays. The bar had a wide range of beers and drinks. If you are in this area, I would suggest it.

I only stayed for one night on a work trip, but the hotel gave a good impression. good clean bedroom and bathroom, good breakfast, free parking. One small complaint, we arrived at 905 pm and the kitchen closes at 9 pm. We called before letting the reception know and it would be fine. When we arrived they only gave us salads and at dinner they also took the dessert that we had before dinner. I didn't like that.

This place was really clean and has a lot of space. The staff is very friendly and care about our every need. The room temperature is a bit cold so I never know how to change it. During the night there is no need to leave the room at night. The parking area is great with electricity that can be used as a heater or battery.

Incheckningen var från 14.00 o trots att vi var där den tiden så fanns det ingen personal. Vi fick vänta 40 minuter. Det var under all kritik. Rummet var fint o renligt. Frukosten helt ok.

Positivt: Trevlig personal och bra frukost trots att det var lite gäster. Skönt med handduksvärmare vid duschen! Sällan middagsbuffé ingår i priset. Minus: Fick två SMS, ett före och ett under incheckningen, om att betala boendet trots att det var förskottsbetalt. Lite genant när städpersonal knackade på och öppnade rumsdörren innan jag checkat ut. Högljudd ventilation på rummet.

Det trakk ned at det var lekkasje under vasken på badet. Til den prisen burde det vært både kjøleskap og aircondition. Vi måtte flytte sengene sammen, da det manglet dobbelseng. Da var det skittent under senga vi flyttet. Og et slitent teppegulv. Mat og personale var upåklagelig.
