It is a very serene location with a fantastic view of the sea. We really like the quiet peacefulness and being away from the busy street, but yet it is only a couple minute walk to one of the best beaches on the island and numerous shops & restaurants. The grounds are beautiful with local trees and flowers everywhere, plus monkeys. Daily cleaning and water refills are provided. The space is really great with a large comfy bed, beautiful balcony with sea views , full kitchen with all the essentials... large refrigerator, gas stove, coffee maker, kettle, blender, rice cooker, lots of kitchen tools and utensils, even a laundry tub and clothes line!!! I will mention again, we received daily cleaning and large jugs of drinking water refilled everyday!!! We felt like we were staying at a friend's house. The owner is super nice and communication was immediate! We would love to return here again!!

Om jag kommer besöka Koh Lanta igen är detta boendet jag kommer boka. Vi bodde i rum 3. Jättemysigt boende. Rolf och Phen var helt fantastiska. Rummet är inte det modernaste, men det var kliniskt rent, nya handdukar varje dag. Städning typ varannan dag. Bra aircondition, bra kyl/frys. Ett tips är att hyra moppe så du kan ta dig runt på ön. Det finns en 7 Eleven typ 3 min promenad från boendet. Tyst och lugnt då det ligger en bit från den stora vägen.

We stayed for 3 weeks and found it perfect. It is only a short walk maybe 1 minute from the main road and another around 5 minutes from the beach. Uphill and the balconies face the sea, you get some fantastic sunset views. Ideal with a beer and some nibbles. The apartments are cleaned to a very high standard each day and a huge litre bottle of drinking water is provided as and when you need it. The wifi signal is absolutely excellent my boyfriend and I both worked online and had no issues. It's a nice quiet place to stay but the hustle and bustle of the village is not too far away, and there are many excellent restaurants, cafes and bars within a short walk. This place is located close to local restaurants and beaches. I really like this place, it's so relaxing and relaxing. The hotel feel comfortable and is quiet, it helps you get away from traffic noise and stress.

We stayed here on a family holiday it was very clean, nice people, amazing views, nice spacious rooms with kitchenette and suit plus everything you need to use in the kitchen. 5 minute walk to the beach, about 10 minute back. Large grounds. Close to many restaurants and shops.

Freedom Estate is a real treat, a spacious and clean apartment, the possibility to make breakfast for yourself, beautiful scenery, and very friendly owners. Far enough away from the busy street, yet close enough to the beach and restaurants.

The distance from the main road to the most amazing beach is about 5 minutes, and it makes us want to come back and stay longer. Five different locations have let us experience Ko Santa four times. We have stayed directly on the beachfront, along the main road near the beach, and finally at Freedom Estate. After our initial visit, we traveled back to Freedom Estate, but it was so beautiful and peaceful that we decided to extend our stay. Everything you need is there in roomy, spotless, and neat, with excellent wifi, a lovely large veranda where you may listen to the early birdsong and stunning sunsets. The climb up the hill is the one and only drawback for some people. Although it was a bit tedious, we got used to it.
