I think the food was decent. The river shrimp was of a good size and properly grilled over charcoal. But the only drawback was the location. It was kind of crumbling and not very clean. While the place is on the water, the view from the river is blocked by some floating structures.

One of the best sea food restaurants in bangkok. I find this restaurant to be a hidden gem in the crowd as i am bukokian. The sea cuisine was really fresh and had real flavor. Location is good. You can enjoy tastier river views with the nearby Rama 8 bridge. However, the decorations were subpar. They dont invest much in anything. It feels like reeking of business. But since focusing on the food, it was kind of fine. There isnt much parking. Visit wat devaraj kunchon, its very close by.

This is the deal. If you want to experience the thai way of life, have good food and friendly staff, staf is a good place. Its not for the rich, but for those who want pristine experiences. Loved how we were treated and absolutely loved bobo. Maybe the street isnt very fancy, however, people are smiling and talking to you. Always willing to help and have some small talk.

A very local feeling place on the river behind the way. Food not too delicious but fairly tame for farangs( tourist ) spice. Nice as its mostly outside and all wood surroundings. Would recommend for a onetime visit. Maybe thats just me.

We only went there for food, a nice place on the pier above the river, so if you want supper in peace, just go there. Its really hidden, making it difficult to find unless you are staying nearby. I recommend pad Thai, which was quite different from other restaurants in the city (less sweet). It is not cheap, with dishes starting at 80, 150 average and options ranging from 300 to 400 baths.

The rooms are very clean, the food is delicious, and the wifi is reliable. The location is close to local markets. Its also nice to sit by the river with a cold drink after being outside all day.

A peaceful restaurant serving delicious thai food by the river, and this was a great find. The location has oodles of charm. Large portions, excellent service, very reasonable. Beer at comparatively low prices. Such euphoric and tranquil meal. Try the homemade ice cream. Its pretty good. Although the view is somewhat obscure, the atmosphere is genuine and familystyle, which i really enjoy.

We stayed here so we could try many dishes. Overall everything was good. I just didnt like the old place and the dirty river when we first entered. Everyone was nice and helpful.

This place has a restaurant and i like the hostel because it is built on the river, so you can hear waves all night long under your rooms. The atmosphere is very cozy and pleasant. They served reasonably priced food at the restaurant. There is niggle with the staffs inability to speak english, but they are really kind and apologize. You can just use your hands and mimics, and youll be fine.

I would return without a doubt! Strongly advised! A hidden gem with delicious cuisine and vistas of the river! We were unable to take pictures of this restaurant because it was so good. Even though we are quite picky eaters, we were extremely happy with what we ordered. Breakfast glory, fried fish, oysters and eggs, and tomato soup. Theyre excellent! Surprisingly, the restaurant is not at all packed. It seems that covid must have had impacted this establishment.

Last night, we had a delicious meal here. Although the personnel dont speak much english, the menu has an english translation, making it convenient for tourists, and we were made to feel very welcome. The cuisine was excellent, with incredibly lovely surroundings!.

The restaurant is family run and located on the river. The owner is very friendly and considerate. Fantastic flavors! As authentic as it gets. Good cleanliness. Old part of Bangkok city.

The room is lovely and small, but enough room for us. We didnt stay in the room much, almost went out all day. However, we were unaware that hotels in thailand dont provide toothbrushes and toothpaste. The space is full of plants which is very healing and is above the famous river. In the morning you may wake up to the sound of waves. They also have a restaurant, although i did not try it there. Hotel is not near any skytrain station, bus stops (which ive waited for several buses and they didn't arrive in time at all) and the wet pier (the boats are better than the bus but only run from 9.30-15.30) Overall, good experience!.
