Bersih kamarnya, dekat dengan cosmo bazaar bisa beli makanan disana dan supermarket juga deket banget tinggal nyebrang. Cocok buat ngonser di venue thunder dome atau impact karena deket dan bisa jalan pakai skywalk. Owner juga ramah, mudah dikontak dan ditemui. Cocok juga kalau mau nginep ramean disini!

Make sure to reach out to the owner/property manager at least a day before your stay to make arrangements with his on-site contact person for access to the building. It's a large residential type apartment building. If you don't speak Thai, try to at least have a smartphone with a translation app. The room I had is not pictured on Orbitz, but it's very similar in terms of the size, furniture, etc. Room is clean and the AC is very good. Really appreciate the cold, bottled water in the fridge and the instant coffee. The building elevator had lots of bugs flying around the lights at the top, but the room itself had no bugs. It looked like all the apartments there had two doors, with the external door being a metal door and secured with a padlock, so it felt quite secure. Maybe don't walk around the area at night alone however. Only suggestion for improvement is that the room was a little dim, so more lights or brighter lights would be better. A good stay overall.

สะอาดปลอดภัย ที่สำคัญหมอนที่นอนผ้าเช็ดตัวไม่ทีกลิ่นเหม็นอับ เดินทางสะดวกที่จอดรถถึงจะแออัดแต่ข้างหลังมีร่มจากต้นไม้ไม่ให้รถตากแดด หาที่กินข้าวง่ายไม่วุ่นวาย ห้องแยกเป็นสัดส่วนดีคะ คุ้มมาก และเจ้าของห้องให้ความใส่ใจดีมากประทับใจค่ะ อยู่5วัน

I really enjoyed my time at Dan's. A great location and everything is within a few minutes walk. COSMO BAZZAR is right across the street and offers so many choices of foods. There is something for everyone here..and very close by. I really enjoyed my time there as its so clean and new. Not like the busy, bad air , madness of many BKK locations. I would definately come back..and it has a certain feel "of home"..friendly people and lots of smiles. If you come and get to meet Dan, he's a cool guy..very friendly and helpful. If you need something, ask him..he seems to know what he's doing and enjoys helping others. I will be back!

its close to concert venue, but if you get into the room, go check the window first, when the staff showing you the room still there, can you lock it, if not, go ask for another one, its not easy to communicate, cos they dont speak proper english..

O quarto é grande, espaçoso e a acomodação no geral estava limpa. O lugar é ideal para quem vai ao aeroporto Don Mueang, pois fica bem perto. Importante destacar que é afastado das áreas turísticas para quem não conhece a cidade. E também não esqueça de entrar em contato com o proprietário dias antes do check-in para obter instruções, tendo em vista que a acomodação fica em um condomínio residencial. Tem o Cosmo Bazaar logo em frente com lojas e restaurantes que facilita o dia a dia.

Stayed here during twice’s concert. Walking distance to impact arena. Towels and mineral water were provided by the owner. Room was clean and adequate. There were many food stalls and cosmic bazaar located just opposite the building. Overall check-in and check-out process went smoothly.
