We had a wonderful time here. The personnel is really helpful and accommodating. Beautiful hotel within a natural setting and stunning setting. The Maya pool suite is very roomy, nicely equipped, and spotless. As are the enormous couches, bed cushions are quite cozy. Each day, juice, soft drinks, beers, and water were all supplied to the free minibar. There is complimentary wine. Checking went quickly and efficiently. When I inquired about his late checkout, he assured me that it would be the next day, but on checkout day, he pressed the key card at midnight! To enhance their safety, customers should keep an eye on these things. There are lots of cozy seating areas at the reception area, which is beautifully decorated. The spacious and lovely common pool area is the sole issue with using the lower level area. I couldn't remain for too long. It is fine to be seated on the upper level. I adored the resort in general. Early reservations are essential in particular for Tu Baby Nest. There are numerous hot meals, excellent menus, and a variety of excellent breakfast buffet. In general, I would love to return. This hotel deserves to be avoided.

Price may feel high, but the resort facilities service and professionalism surpass all expectations. Large room with private pool, spotlessly clean and high-end interior. We traveled 90 countries and this resort will remain one of our few top experiences.

There are better hotels around for the price you pay. They have better service, better accommodation, and less ants. This was my first visit to Sri Lanka and my son's second visit. It is a lovely place with a beautiful view. Not all of the rooms have been renovated yet and some of them are much better than others. My room's design and all the amenities included were uncomfortably uncomfortable. They also have a bad problem with ants. My son reported that they had the same problem with ants a year ago. So obviously having ants all over your room, including in your bed, is only one of the extras you get when staying in a hotel in a jungle area. The service was not the five-star service you might expect from a hotel of this caliber. My son reported that he also had problems with the service last year when he stayed there. The property's restaurant was disappointing and did not deliver the high-end food and service you would anticipate. After my sons experience two times now and this time, I can confidently say we will not be staying here again and would not recommend it to anyone else.

The private pool is big and clean and has a view of the beach. There are many amenities provided, including complimentary minibar juice, soft drinks, beers, and water. More than enough wine is provided. Checking was quick and efficient. When asked, they said they would confirm the next day after check-out within several hours, but when the checkout day came at noon, they locked the key card at noon! For the convenience of the customers, they should have known that we had secured two late checkouts. The reception area is nicely decorated with a number of cozy seating spaces. The communal pool area is spacious and lovely. The mosquitoes are the only issues with sitting on the lower level. I was unable to remain long. The upper level seating space is suitable. The resort overall is exquisitely designed, and I enjoyed it. Early reservations are required especially for Tulah nest. There are several decent selections on the breakfast buffet, as well as a ton of hot meals. I strongly advise this hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and the personnel is extremely helpful and welcoming.

This is my first trip to Sri Lanka and my second visit to Sri Lanka. It is a lovely property with a breathtaking view. The design of my room and the extras were uncomfy. Additionally, they have a terrible problem with ants. My son told me they had the same issue with ants a year ago. As a result, having ants all over your room, including in your bed, is just one of the additionals you can get if you stay in a motel in a forest. The service was not the five-star service you might anticipate from a hotel of this caliber. My son also reported that he had problems with the service last year when he stayed there. The property's restaurant was disappointing and did not offer the premium meals and services you might anticipate. After my son's experience two times now and my own experience this time, I can unquestionably say that we will not be staying here again and would not recommend it to anyone else. For the price you pay, I'm sure there are better hotels with better service, better accommodations, and no ants.
