Thai-Themed 3br Boutique Villa by Intira Villas

IMPORTANT! Please respect our check-in and check-out times. This Villa is a one of a kind, so if there are guests the night before, they have the right to check out according to the rules after which we need time to clean the Villa, same if a guest is checking in same day you check out, we need time to clean the Villa and change beddings before the standard check-in time. In case an early check in or late check out is available, we charge 300 baht per hour extra. We expect the Villa to be clean and tidy on check out. If we need to do additional cleaning (more than normal) after check out, we will charge 1.000 baht for extra Cleaning.
Although the villa is surrounded by a wall for privacy, we do not permit loud parties in the late hours in order to keep the peace with the neighbours.
We charge a damage deposit of 10.000 baht upon arrival that we will return on satisfactory check out. Please prepare this payment in cash.
Electricity is charged at 6 THB/unit (kWh). We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one at check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving. You can expect to pay about 250 THB per day. This will cover a normal usage, with aircon in each room during the night. But if you leave the aircon running while you are not in the villa, you will most likely pay an additional 200 THB. While still a minimal cost, this policy is in place to avoid wastage and preserve our beautiful island!
