I had a great time at erenbey. The coolest rock room, tidy and roomy, within walking distance of goreme, and the best restaurant, with a welcoming staff. Every morning, a fresh turkish breakfast was served, and tours could be scheduled with reception. Even a turkish bath at 9 p. M.

My stay at the erenbey cave hotel was fantastic! The hotel is owned by the eren family, a lovely building in the heart of goreme, surrounded by fairy chimneys and an amazing view, especially in the morning, where you can appreciate the balloons. We had the best breakfast in turkey during our entire trip, not just in capadoccia. The room was really nice, cozy and warm! The bathroom has radiant floor heating, which is a great detail i would like to highlight, especially if your visit is in the winter. During our stay, they gave us a gift, a bottle of their homemade wine, and a bouquet of beautiful flowers! Everything was great, i highly recommend it! Thank you, family!.

Very nice cave hotel with large rooms and even larger bathrooms. The room was clean, although the floor had some particles (assuming due to the cave ceiling). The location is very close to the city center, about 250 meters away, and all pickups and drops are right outside the hotel. A few suggestions for improvement would be the pillows are all very uncomfortable and need to be replaced. The rooms on the ground floor can get quite hot as there is no air conditioning or fan in the rooms and the heater is always on. There is one window but opens into the common area leading to the reception so cant open it at all times due to privacy issues. Overall, great value for money for the price, as the breakfast is also quite good.

The location is great for easy access to restaurants and other needs. The rooms are large, well designed and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a nice variety and again a helpful staff. The rooms are spacious, well designed and comfortable.

Without a doubt, this is an amazing hotel to stay at. The location was ideal, central, and the rooms were cool with the cave aesthetic you want in cappadocia. The cleanliness was excellent, and the entire staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The front desk will also assist you in booking tours and transfers.

Update my husband was courteously in contact with the owners who had initially promised to refund a certain amount due to the issues we encountered during our stay. After contacting them several times, they now refused to let me know my review. Isnt that amazing? What fantastic customer service! We booked the cave suite for a special couple trip in July 3rd week for 2 nights. Let me start with the pros. The staff is sweet and helpful, especially Dunia and Mustafa. The suite was very nice and authentic cavelike, with a comfortable bed and a jacuzzi with a view. Breakfast was quite good, and we received free fruits and wine in our suite. Coming to the cons, the jacuzzi in the suite didnt work and there was no technician available to fix it. The room wasnt cleaned on the second day despite multiple requests. The view isnt that great from the hotel, but for the exorbitant price of eur 250 per night, you can choose better hotel suites higher up with a much better view of the valley. I would recommend not booking a suite.

What a wonderful hotel. Breakfast is large, fresh, and delicious. The rooms are large and have heated floors! Kemal, the owner, was very kind and accommodating as was all the staff. We arrived at 7 am and were provided with breakfast before we checked in. They took great care of us. So sad we only had one day. We will definitely be back. Love this place.

The hotel owner, mr. Emre, was extremely helpful and professional from the moment we walked in. He gave us everything we needed, including where to go and many more, throughout our entire stay. The staff members were extremely helpful and always greeted us with a friendly smile. The room was simply amazing, with its style and decor, and it was very quiet! The hotels rooftop restaurant was excellent. We always looked forward to our breakfast because it was so delectable and homemade. I wholeheartedly endorse this hotel to anyone visiting beautiful cappadocia, and i want to thank the entire team, especially mr. Emere, for his exceptional hospitality! You wont regret it!.

Saya suka dekorasi dan kelapangan ruangannya. Tempat tidurnya nyaman. Air dan minuman ringan gratis dari kulkas, mereka mengisinya setiap hari. Terasnya sangat bagus dan memiliki teras dengan pemandangan yang sangat bagus. Staf resepsionis tidak membantu dan tidak terlalu ramah. Sarapannya lumayan, pelayan sarapannya ramah.

The staff is excellent! Willing to go above and beyond to ensure that you have a wonderful time in cappadocia. The cave hotel is fantastic and immaculate. You cant miss the view of the balloons from the terrace. Dont be concerned about prices, you get what you pay for. My wife and i stayed in the deluxe room. I will return here, make sure to ask emre. Did i mention their amazing hookah?.

The room was fantastic. Its a peaceful location, but the staff at this hotel is its best feature. They were all very helpful. Always eager to assist. One day i forgot my phone on the couch in the lobby and they put it to safety for me. The day we went on the balloon tour, they cleaned the room after 13.00 so we came back to rest a bit and we didnt even have to ask for the room to be cleaned. On the day of our departure we thought we wouldnt be able to have breakfast because the bus picked us up around 8 am, but they told us to go up and get something to eat when we arrived at 07.50. These are all the little things that made this hotel exceptional in our eyes.

The location is excellent, and the staff is incredibly cooperative. The chef, daniya, has magical hands. Every time i have a delicious breakfast, i am grateful to embaray, mustafa, and madam kudret for making my stay unforgettable. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. Bravo!.

I would definitely stay here again! Turkish breakfast is free and the staff are very helpful. Erenbey was very clean and not a long walk from anything. Please note that there is no air conditioning, but dont let that stop you from staying at this family run hotel.

Excellent family hotel in the style of a cave. The staff is simply excellent, helpful, and pleasant. The only drawback is that there is construction going on nearby, but this does not interfere with the area. Great terrace with views of the city and balls.
