A really affordable hotel. Mr. Arjay is very humble and caring for his guests. A very quiet and clean place. Worth your money the bathroom is well cleaned and located in a prime location near burj khalifa and transportation is easily accessible.

This hotel apartment is highly recommended! Pleasant, easy to access, and less expensive. We are grateful to (Billy, the manager, as well as toanne, for helping us maintain a positive attitude and making us feel at home. You can check in and out in less than 5 minutes. A pleasant choice for friends and families.
