Three of us (friends on a girls' trip) stayed here and LOVED it! The hotel is a little tricky to find because the sign isn't very big, but the instructions on the website helped. It's small and so very charming. The flat was squeaky clean, with a roomy shower, comfy beds, and a kitchenette. It was a very short walk from Paddington Station, and close to lots of shops and restaurants. I saw some other reviews complaining about the lack of air conditioning. I can only assume they were from my fellow Americans (we do love our AC), but we were there in July and you just don't need AC in the UK. All the windows could be opened which provides a lovely breeze if you want it, and all the rooms had oscillating fans if you need even more air flow than that. We certainly didn't. It's an older building with lots of charm, which my group loved. All the rooms had crown molding, and the rooms were decorated nicely. And each room had plenty of storage space to unpack and stow the suitcases. I would highly recommend this lovely place to anyone, and I would definitely stay there again. Thanks for a lovely stay!

位置超棒電梯可用冬天有暖氣很溫暖房間雖小但有微波爐熱水瓶廚房可煮東西很不錯！缺點是隔音不好房間沒冷氣設備夏天可能會悶熱

Location is superb. Kitchenette attached is amazing. The only comment I have are the beds. It is still using the old spring mattresses. If you are sharing the bed, you will bounce when the other person moves. And "Aspen Apartments" signage is not shown. Please walk into the Hotel called Abbeycourt Westpoint and register at the reception.

Departamentos muy comdos, todo impecable. Excelente ubicaciön. A 200 mts de la estación de Paddington Es muy conveniente al llegar en el Heathrow Express y para moverse en Londres. Con gran cantidad de restaurants y supermercados en la zona. Personal muy amable.

Check in was very easy. Requested an early check in and they allowed it. The linen and bed was very comfortable. The kitchen could have used a few more pieces of cutlery but overall it worked. We didn't have dish soap to wash the dishes but to our surprise, housekeeping cleaned the dishes when they came. The area is one of the best. 3 minute was from the tube station. Amazing pubs within a minute walk from the apartment.

Great little studio apartment that was just what I needed. The well-equipped kitchen was perfect to prepare supper (and saved the cost of eating out). Shame there was no washing up liquid or dishcloth/tea towel, but the liquid soap provided in the bathroom and a bit of elbow grease did the job! Just round the corner from Paddington, which was ideal for me.

A charming, attractive and hospitable establishment. Ps well spent on this place. The rooms are immaculately clean and spotless, with comfortable sofas and beds with clean linens, a modern kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils, an inviting shower, and toilet in the bathroom. It is conveniently located near paddington, has onsite parking, as well as friendly staff at the front desk. If you need them, ask for sallah, marcia, or catarina, they will be there to assist you. Meet them and have if you stay at aspen apartment and enjoy your stay.

I would recommend this place as a convenient stay in san francisco. The staff was very helpful and friendly, they went above and beyond for me! Had i problem with the booking system (not their fault) and they were able to solve it right away for us! Ten out of ten would suggest as convenient accommodation in an excellent location.

We stayed in one of their apartment suites at this recently renovated hotel for six nights. The staff was friendly, but the lift didnt function during our visit, and the stairs to the apartments were a little too creaky for my elderly family. Although the kitchen was obscene, the amenities were adequate, especially the toiletries (if only they hadnt mixed the coconut wash with the red one), and there werent any bedbugs in the bedrooms. Our plans for cooking dinner went out the window because the kettle was dirty and had broken dishwashers. It is reasonably priced considering its proximity to paddington station.

I stayed at this hotel with my mother. The reception is good, i think. On the first night we were assigned to a room on the top floor where some roof almost took 1/3 of the room space. My mothers calf hit the bed frame several times because the rooms are so small and the water is cold. So he asked the receptionist if ill change rooms. He was so nice that able to find another room for us so we had t hygienic second night. I think the hotel manager should update the equipment and room. But the front desk definitely gave me favourable impression.

The location is in the center of london. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and wellequipped. A little noisy from the street because the windows are old and dont close properly. No air conditioning which would be nice in hot summer. We stayed in a family apartment and enjoyed our 7 day stay.
