The staff here was amazing. We had never been to London and this was the perfect spot to stay. The property and area was very quiet and it was easy to walk to area dining and shopping as well as public transportation

Great place!!! About 10 min walk to Metro. Pubs and restaurants close. I booked last minute and the staff made sure I had a key card and room was ready.

The apartment was small but very cozy and fairly equipped and clean, with free Wi-Fi, flat screen TV and modern decor. The staff was very friendly and we could leave our luggage on the last day at a hotel nearby. We strongly recommend it!

Having previously lived in Notting Hill/Maida Vale area for 15 years , we know through friends/family experiences, how difficult it is to find a hotel with space at a reasonable price. We are a family of 4 and found great comfort at Cleveland Apartments. The rooms were nice and clean, with ironing board, hairdryer , plenty of towels etc. , small kitchen and fridge, foldout double was good quality too. For me personally, the quality of showers is generally poor in the area as I stay in Notting Hill on work trips. The shower here was of the highest standard. After we had had a great stay we phoned the landlord and he was more than accommodating in allowing us to leave our bags in the room so we could travel to Winter Winderland hands free. What a legend he was! This was a perfect little family stay with a great location. See you next time.

Great location, near Paddington station and all the Tube and Train connections. Generally quiet. Room was as advertised. Bed was against the wall on one side and the closet at the foot - but in Europe, we are accustomed to having to crawl over a partner to get into bed. Biggest drawback - Entering the property was fraught. There are two doors, around the corner from each other, and we chose the one our cabbie dropped us off at. Turns out it was the wrong one to try when we arrived. With NO contact information (phone, text or email info) from the property (only thru Hotels.com, which was very unhelpful, we were reduced to standing outside in the rain with our luggage for over 10 minutes while knocking (and finally pounding) on the door. Once they heard us and let us in, and we had keys and the biz card of the establishment, we had all of that info, but the intro to the place was not a good one.
