Just stayed for 3 nights in B01, the basement room with kitchenette. Great location, quiet, housekeeping and remote staff were on it. You just have to appreciate the deal you’re getting for the location and the kitchenette. It’s older, but you’re in Hyde Park London. Gorgeous street, responsive team. The bedding could be softer, the pillows could be better, but for the price it was far beyond what I expected. Very safe and quiet with everything you need a quick walk away. I would absolutely stay again.

Thinking it was going to be difficult with no reception and getting codes for doors etc. it turned out to be really handy and the communication with the people via email was very efficient.

Stayed here with friends, 3 adults, 3 children Lovely quiet road, but so close to Hyde park and paralleled to street with lots of shops and restaurants, and Waitrose just round the corner Clean flat with just about everything you need for a comfortable stay. Clean comfy beds, lots of hot water, heating worked well, friendly neighbour! Will stay here again I am sure

Excellent location very close to Paddington station. Appartment was well equipped with stovetop, microwave and fridge. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a very good experience with HPS. Although the apartment was relatively small and on the 4th floor, it was clean, fairly new and had aircondition. The staff both at the reception and the cleaners very very friendly and nice. They also offered us help with our luggage when we arrived, and even if we did not need the assistance, that is a gesture that makes you fell you are being taken care of. Bathroom and kitchen were also clean and well functioning. The only drawback is that it should have been stated more clearly that the check in is at another address. Highly recommended!

Posizione perfetta: 2 stazioni metro molto vicine e strada parallela con pub, supermercati, ristoranti e bar per la colazione. Struttura accogliente, personale simpatico. Abbiamo preso un monolocale superior aspettandoci camera da letto + cucina e bagno, ma ci siamo ritrovate in una cucina con un letto. Per un weekend, visto il prezzo e la pulizia, è una sistemazione estremamente accettabile. Se avete problemi con le scale, specificate prima che non vi mettano "ON TOP", perché sono 6 piani senza ascensore.

We would return because it was a fantastic value room in an excellent location. Bear in mind that you required a basic self catering room for a reasonable price before reading this evaluation, and this is what we got. We weren't looking for anything luxurious because we didn't intend to spend much time in the room. Nevertheless, the bed was excellent, very comfy, the shower was hot and powerful, and the kitchen area had everything you required to prepare a simple dinner. Backwater tube is a 3 minute stroll away, and Queensway tube is a 5 minute stroll away. When using the underground, we could get to the center of London within 20 minutes of leaving our room. The governess terrace is a green street with a calm atmosphere with few people passing by and was spotless. A few indian and italian restaurants, as well as a couple of coffee shops, are all within a 3- or 4-minute stroll away. Kensington Park is less than a 10-minute walk away, while 3 or 4 fantastic green king pubs are within a 10-minute walk. Each suite had a pass card, and the main entrance door is secured and requires a fourdigit code. Our room was on the ground floor, right next to the entrance door, which slammed shut every time someone entered or left because it was so basic and basic.

When we arrived after checking in, we were located at the very top of the building, which made it difficult to get our luggage up there. Not ideal for the older generation. The room was small and dated, many things needed to be seen as broken etc. But the location was great, close to everything we required. Underground, tests at shops etc.
