This place is a wonderful opportunity to live. They maintain vigilance on work orders. Its also reasonably priced to reside. The staff members in the office are incredibly courteous.

We have lived here since december 2016 and have generally been fairly at ease. When we first moved in, we had trouble with hot water, and even now in the summer, there are days when the water is icy cold. But honestly, it can be very frustrating at times, but it wasnt a dealbreaker because i really like my apartment. I have stowed one bedroom, which is quite spacious for the price we pay. The complex is old and there is no pool, yet ive never experienced any safety issues. My rent is very affordable. If the complex had encircled if there was oozing, ill probably have renewed my lease. We had more than he few problems, so we enjoy it here.

We had a great time during our first two years here using the nowdefunct chiller system. Our apartment is spacious, but it is unpleasant to live outside at 115 deg today without fully installed air conditioning on the roof of our building. The provided portable unit is constantly operating, and the dining room is 92 degrés outside.

Ok, i moved in October 2016. I am very happy with my one bedroom with a loft. I dont have bad records or bad credit. This apartment was chosen because it was close to the mall, light rail, stores, and banks. Its quiet at night and ive enjoyed my balcony. The kids play on the tennis court during the day and on weekends. Yes, the pools are empty, there is no playground equipment, most apartments are switching from clinging units to fullblown air conditioning. Ac u is the best and keeps my place cold. There are no bugs, no mold, live in teeming unit, landscapers come every month, keep my receipts and never had an issue with the office staff. Nowhere is perfect and theres always room for improvement, so ill give it four stars. Im planning to stay another year. Well, since moving here in 2016, he has lived in studio loft, onebedroom, two bedrooms, but none of them have been renovated. We still dont even have opulent amenities like puddles, pool facilities, or anything fancy, yet we do have security in the complex. Although it takes time to move in this direction, they are friendly and courteous. Fast forward to december 2016 and im still content. Since my lease is up in February, we will see if ll be resigning another lease. Even though we have

We still reside here because we cant afford anything better. Its spacious and reasonably priced. Our neighbors are friendly and peaceful. We appreciate that it is close to the light rail and that you can walk to a grocery store, urgent care, etc. But this location is undergoing numerous renovations (which is good because it makes it easier to make necessary improvements) and your water is shut off for up to 8 hours every day almost every single day. They are always told it was due to an emergency, which means they have emergencies every days that we all know are bs. The pool is not working properly, and no work has been done on it. Even though we were informed when we first moved in that there would be fewer than 6 months, the window unit is currently running on high. Additionally, there is water but little pressure, so taking sweeping showers is difficult. In phoenix, its july! They gave us one window apartment, but as i write this, it stands still 95 deg. There is no pool or fitness center, even though they already said we would have it within six months. Homeless people march around the parking lot screaming absurdity. Your license plate will be stolen. Youll need hat if you want to use utensils. Packages will usually be taken out of your vehicle because outdoor lights are typically damaged. Since packages are usually left at your door before co
