Upon check-in, guests are required to present a valid passport or ID to board the cruise.Chargeable roundtrip transfer service from Hanoi to Ha Long is available upon request. Pick-up locations are only within the Hanoi's Old Quarter Area, between 7:30 and 08:00. Guests who wish to utilise the service are kindly requested to contact the property directly.Please note that the property accepts no liability for the loss, theft or damage to guests' property.
