I heartily endorse it! I have nothing but praise for this hotel! Its truly amazing and provides the best service, not just in hoi an, but throughout vietnam. We spent two nights at the chillax old town villa and had a great time. Everything is conveniently close by, and the Lantern river and the main market are both within walking distance. Our bathroom and room were immaculately clean and very cozy. The staff, especially van, was outstanding. Van even helped arrange a cake for our anniversary! They also arranged transportation for us, including a boat tour, at a great price. The breakfast was also excellent. In summary, this hotel excels in every manner.

Hotel yang bagus, bersih, aman, pemandangan dari kamar tidak terlihat. Tapi lokasinya bagus, dekat dengan pasar malam di tepi pantai. Layanan hebat, lucu.

This place is amazing. Its peaceful at night, but its only a 2minute walk to the riverside and the night market. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I loved being able to sit outside on the balcony and watch whats going on on in the street. They have a pool to cool off in, but we were there in the winter and didnt need to use it. The breakfast menu has a good variety of food. I will stay here again.

The rooms are beautiful, well decorated, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast is delicious. The receptionists van and tam are very helpful and kind. They are great conversationalists. From laundry to taxis, recommendations and even package shipping they were very helpful. If i ever visit hoi an again, i will definitely book here.

Pelayanan di resepsionis hotel sangat baik. Saat check-in, tempat wisata terdekat dijelaskan secara rinci dan sambutan yang menyenangkan adalah cara terbaik untuk memulai perjalanan yang menyenangkan. Hotel ini juga bersih dan sekitar 3- 5 menit berjalan kaki dari jalan utama, sehingga lingkungan sekitar bagus dan tidak bising. 100% Niat untuk kembali!

We ended up at chillax because our original hotel was overbooked. The staff here are amazing and really made our stay a great experience. We love van. She was very friendly and helped us book activities and transportation. At breakfast they made eggs as requested and the pastries were delicious. Im really glad we came here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in hoi an.

We had a wonderful stay here. The front desk staff were always so friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was on the edge of the old town but away from the main area. The rooms and facilities are very modern and comfortable. We would love to come back here. Thank you!.

Ini adalah hotel yang indah di gang yang tenang dekat dengan Pasar Malam Hoi An. Saya menginap 3 malam di kamar 401. Jika saya senang, saya akan tinggal lebih lama. Keesokan harinya saya datang tanpa reservasi hotel tetapi teman lokal saya, Seonghwa, tidak punya pilihan selain pergi ke Da Nang. Kolamnya agak dalam, begitu tinggi saya 165 cm, airnya sampai ke dagu. Jika Anda bepergian dengan anak-anak, pastikan untuk menggunakan jaket pelampung yang disediakan. Bermain tanpa sinar matahari sangat menyenangkan. Sarapannya mudah untuk dimakan dengan berbagai pilihan yang tersedia. Silakan segera isi yang kurang. Pada hari kedua, seorang wanita di restoran sarapan membuat telur dadar dan rasanya seperti ibuku yang membuatnya! Saya akhirnya memakan satu gigitan pada satu waktu dengan mulut besar saya. Pasar malam, restoran Korea, Sowon Bae, dan Old Oval berada dalam jarak berjalan kaki untuk anak berusia 8 tahun. ATM, supermarket, laundry (saya titip di hotel. Harganya sama? Sama) Tidak ada yang hilang. Ini adalah ketiga kalinya saya berada di Hoi An sejak tahun lalu, jadi saya menghabiskan waktu saya tanpa jalan-jalan khusus. The school is cute and clean. When we arrived, we were greeted by cool orange juice. The staff are very good at giving advice. Walk to the nearby night market. A short distance across the bridge is the old town side, very close.

I had a great two nights at chillax villa. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. The rooms and location are excellent as well, with the street market just a short 5minute walk away, and the rest of the old town just a 10minute walk away. If you want to venture further out, they also rent bicycles for 50 k.

We had a wonderful experience at the Chillax hotel. The reception staff was very accommodating and friendly. Van le was amazing! They allowed us to bring our bicycles indoors for storage at night and that was very appreciated. Our bicycles are what we are touring Vietnam from north to south with. Breakfast was very good, with a great selection.

Hotel ini sangat bagus dengan lokasi yang bagus. Dekat sekali dengan pasar malam dan 5- 10 menit berjalan kaki ke Kota Tua, namun masih sepi. Staf hotel sangat ramah dan penuh perhatian. Sarapannya sangat enak, kamarnya bersih dan kami mendapat handuk baru setiap hari. Jika belum dipesan penuh, kami akan dengan senang hati memperpanjangnya untuk beberapa malam lagi. Jika kami kembali ke Hoi An, kami pasti akan memesan Villa Chillax Old Town lagi. Terima kasih atas pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan.

Hotel ini juga menawarkan sarapan prasmanan sederhana. Staf sangat antusias dan baik hati. Kamarnya bersih, memiliki teras dan jendela serta pintu setinggi langit-langit. Saat saya melakukan pemesanan melalui aplikasi, saya diberi tahu bahwa kamar yang saya pesan berukuran 30 meter persegi, tetapi sebenarnya kamar yang saya dapatkan sangat kecil dan tidak boleh berukuran 30 meter persegi. Selain itu, tidak ada ketel listrik di kamar. Saya pikir karena kamarnya kecil dan saya harus turun ke bawah untuk mendapatkan air panas. Namun ketika saya check out, saya melihat kamar lain memiliki ketel listrik, yang menurut saya agak aneh. Selain itu, ketika saya mandi dan bersiap menggunakan shower gel, saya menemukan botol shower gel yang disediakan hotel kosong, ini adalah pertama kalinya saya bepergian selama bertahun-tahun. The hotel is new, very clean with new amenities. The receptionist is the best! Very kind and very helpful. The location is 2 minutes from the night market and all the restaurants. The softest pillows and spacious rooms.

The location is very strategic, close to the night market and the river, but also quiet. Our rooms have balconies and it was fun to sit on them and watch whats going on on the road. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They seem to care about the customers needs. The laundry is very cheap. There is a lot of variety at breakfast. Would stay here again.

Para wanita di konter sangat baik dan fasih berbahasa Inggris. Selama dua hari saya tinggal di Kota Hoi An, saya menyusahkan mereka untuk memesan bus antar-jemput bandara, perahu keranjang bambu, dan transfer ke Gunung Ba Na.
