Diana Cruises Halong Bay - Luxury by Venus Group

1. Personal information required:

- It is the regulation for cruises to register guests’ information with Halong Bay Management Authority and Port Authority Permits at least 24 hours in advance of cruise boarding date. So the following information must be submitted to cruise staff at least 24 hours prior to the boarding date.

- Please be informed that an advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number or ID, visa expiry date for all Passengers. A valid passport or ID is required upon check-in on board.When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.


2. Transfer service:

Transfer services are available (Hanoi – Halong – Hanoi) with 2 options:
- Public transfer – sharing: USD 15/pax/ with Limousine sharing or Dcar
- Private transfer: Upon the guest require

Payment will be settled at the pier before the check in

The sharing transfer will only pick up the guests from hotels located in the Old Quarter Area. Email cruise to request for the transfer service or submit your request through special request section while making reservation


3. Surcharge:

Price cabin will not include the surcharge for Christmas + New Year Gala Dinner
Surcharge amount - USD 60/pax/1 night2. Payment will be made at the check in at the pier -in cash - by credit - Visa or Mastercard
