I just want to say a huge thank you to the team at Royal Villa Hotel in Hoi An for their amazing hospitality. I’m truly happy and grateful for the experience we had during our stay. I was traveling with my mum, and she absolutely loved this hotel just as much as I did. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and well looked after. The hotel itself was wonderful — clean, comfortable rooms that stayed nice and cool, and a perfect location close to amenities and the main market area. But what really made it special was the incredible family who run it. They were so friendly, warm, always smiling, and their English communication was excellent, which made everything easy and stress-free. We felt very safe and cared for the entire time. The owner even personally came to check on deliveries just to make sure they were for me and that everything was safe — such a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot to both of us. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Every request we made was met with kindness and a genuine willingness to help. It honestly felt like a home away from home, and it’s thanks to them that we loved our trip so much. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Royal Villa Hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An. If I ever return — and I hope I do — I’ll book this hotel again without a second thought. Once again, thank you so much for making our trip so enjoyable and memorable. You made everything even more special for both me and my mum.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, it was incredibly comfortable, serene, and conveniently located near the old quarter. I was upgraded to their superior room, which was delightful. I thoroughly enjoyed using their complimentary bike, which added to the enjoyment of my stay. Additionally, i thoroughly enjoyed participating in the morning my son tour, which proved to be a delightful experience. The owner and family were incredibly accommodating, adding to the overall positive experience.

Lokasi bagus di Hoi An. Staf ramah dan membantu dan mereka memiliki sepeda gratis untuk digunakan para tamu, sangat direkomendasikan! Hanya beberapa menit berjalan kaki dari kota tua dan pasar, dan ada kafe keren yang dikelola keluarga di seberangnya, yang berjarak sekitar 50 meter.

Kami memesan kamar melalui pemesanan. Kamarnya seperti yang di foto, bersih dan luas. Pemiliknya sangat ramah dan membantu. Selain itu, lokasinya hanya 10 menit dari pusat wisata. Jika saya kembali ke Hoi an, saya akan melakukannya lagi.

The ancient town is very near by. The owner of the shop speaks english fluently. You can borrow bikes and get free ones. The room is spacious and tidy. At the shop, you can also schedule travel plans and take shared buses back to dangang.

Lokasinya sangat bagus, hanya butuh sekitar 10 menit berjalan kaki dari Pasar Malam Kota Tua. Pemiliknya sangat ramah. Namun, ada semut kecil di dalamnya. Teko kopi tertinggal di kamar mandi dan saya merasa tidak nyaman sehingga saya tidak menggunakannya.

Hotel ini sangat bagus. Kamar mandinya tidak memiliki pintu, hanya jendela kaca dengan tirai tipis. Itu baik-baik saja, berhati-hatilah. Suatu malam selama kami menginap, kami kembali ke hotel pada tengah malam dan terkunci di luar gedung, tetapi kami tidak mengetahui bahwa ada jam malam.

The location is good. Rent a motorcycle and take a motorbike. The room has a minimalist design. The room looks new and clean in front of the bedroom, but theres a strange musty smell attached to it. Good service, have motorbikes for rent.

Within a 10minute walk are all the traditional markets in hoi an old town. The proprietor is incredibly kind.

We had a wonderful stay and the owners took excellent care of us. The rooms have everything you need and they can also do your laundry. They let you use the bikes and it only takes 5 minutes to go to the main streets of hoi an. Highly recommended.

A lovely little homestaylike hotel near the ancient town of hoi an. It is run by a family and is very polite and kind. The ancient town is 8 minutes walk away. They also offer you a free bike rental to explore around. The rooms are well equipped and the ac cools very well. They also offer you all kinds of additional services such as shuttle, laundry, motorbike rental, etc. So it is very convenient.

I would recommend it! I had a wonderful stay at the royal villa. The beautiful downtown unesco site is within walking distance. Gorgeous. Vietnam is undoubtedly my favorite city, and the hotel enhanced it even more. Good prices, wonderful people, and a comfortable atmosphere.
